Kao takva, ona mo\u017ee doneti brojne neugodnosti na koje pripadnice lep\u0161eg pola nisu navikle, a uklju\u010duju i <strong>\u010deste promene raspolo\u017eenja, nesanicu, no\u0107no znojenje, takozvane valunge, depresiju, umor \u2013 <\/strong>ali jedna od najfrustriraju\u0107ih jeste <strong>promena telesne te\u017eine, <\/strong>pogotovo u delu stomaka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovaj problem je toliko rasprostranjen, da se u medicinskim krugovima ustalio pojam <strong>&#8221;<\/strong><strong>menopot<\/strong><strong>&#8221;<\/strong>. Ovaj pro\u0161ireni deo trbuha mo\u017ee da se pojavi \u010dak i kada imate izbalansirane \u017eivotne obrasce \u2013 umerenu, zdravu ishranu i redovan raspored ve\u017ebi. Nekim \u017eenama je ovo prirodna pojava zbog genetike, ali se i ovo mo\u017ee re\u0161iti uz dobru disciplinu putem treninga i obroka. Kada u\u0111ete u ovaj proces, va\u0161e telo je sklonije da skuplja masno\u0107u, pogotovo oko abdomena, a \u010desto se gubi i mi\u0161i\u0107na masa. Rezultat toga jeste vi\u0161ak kilograma u <strong>predelu trbuha. <\/strong>Kada va\u0161i jajnici prestanu da proizvode estrogen, va\u0161e telo ga tra\u017ei na drugom mestu, a jedino mesto na kojem ono skladi\u0161ti masno\u0107u kako bi pove\u0107alo nivo estrogena je upravo u stomaku. Pove\u0107an obim va\u0161eg struka i te kako mo\u017ee biti neugodan, pogotovo \u0161to ovo pove\u0107ava rizik od kardiovaskularnih i metaboli\u010dkih bolesti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S obzirom na to da mi\u0161i\u0107 sagoreva vi\u0161e kalorija nego masti, to prouzrokuje usporavanje metabolizma. \u010cak iako jedete istu koli\u010dinu hrane, to ne\u0107e uticati na br\u017ee tro\u0161enje kalorija. Iako je bilo koja vrsta ve\u017ebi odli\u010dna za va\u0161 kardiovaskularni sistem, pokazalo se da trening snage poma\u017ee u spre\u010davanju gubitka gustine kostiju i odr\u017eavanju ko\u0161tane mase, \u010dak i kod onih koji imaju osteoporozu.
