Ranije sam svakodnevno ve\u017ebala, me\u0111utim, u poslednje dve godine sam svela na 3-4 full body treninga nedeljno, a najvi\u0161e se fokusiram na noge i gluteus. Zaista u\u017eivam u tome, a naro\u010dito kad proradi serotonin pa me nakon odra\u0111enog treninga obuzme talas pozitivne energije i ose\u0107aj rastere\u0107enosti. Pored toga, trudim se da kad god mogu koristim svoje noge kao prevozno sredstvo. Dakle, mnogo pe\u0161a\u010denja, laganih \u0161etnji, ali i brzog hoda i vo\u017enje bicikla u prirodi. To je svakako kombinacija koje se apsolutno pridr\u017eavam sa u\u017eivanjem i koja je vrlo brzo postala deo mog lajfstajla. Dugo sam ve\u0107 fan tr\u010danja koje pored fizi\u010dkog treninga do\u017eivljavam i kao mentalni reset. Sa druge strane, mojoj ki\u010dmi je neophodno redovno ve\u017ebanje i pilates se pokazao kao\u00a0 najdelotvorniji oblik. Ve\u017ebam kod ku\u0107e ili u obli\u017enjoj teretani u kojoj koristim <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FitPass karticu<\/a><\/strong>, preciznije <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic paket koji podrazumeva 12 termina na mese\u010dnom nivou.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u0107 neko vreme razmi\u0161ljam o kik boksu, naravno u rekreativnoj formi. Kombinujem tri vrste treninga: kardio, funkcionalni trening i kros fit. Volela bih da se plivanje na\u0111e u mojim redovnim sportskim aktivnostima. Leti bi trebalo da bude lak\u0161e da se ostvari, me\u0111utim, otvoreni bazeni imaju radno vreme koje mi ne odgovara zbog posla, a otvoreni i zatvoreni bazeni su dostupni sa <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>FitPass karticom<\/strong><\/a>.
