U zavisnosti od okoline u kojoj \u017eivite, radite ili jednostavno u njoj boravite \u2013 ove zdravstvene neugodnosti mogu trajati \u010dak i do oktobra. Ako spadate u grupu ljudi koji svake godine pate od alergija, to mo\u017ee uticati na mnoge aspekte va\u0161e svakodnevice, a najvi\u0161e na <strong>san. <\/strong>Upravo nedostatak kvalitetnog sna (sa naglaskom na kvalitetnog) ozbiljno naru\u0161ava va\u0161e napore da \u017eivite zdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivota. To prevashodno uti\u010de na usporavanje metabolizma, disbalans hormona, kao i na nivo apetita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako biste pobolj\u0161ali kvalitet sna, prvo je neophodno da utvrdite <strong>uzro\u010dnike alergije. <\/strong>Dlake ku\u0107nih ljubimaca, polen i grinje su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i okida\u010di neprijatnih simptoma, a koji uklju\u010duju <strong>hrkanje, te\u0161ko disanje, ka\u0161alj, isprekidan san u intervalima (apneja), disanje kroz usta. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Svakako da je uzimanje propisane terapije i konsultacija sa lekarom pravi korak u borbi sa alergijama, ali evo nekoliko proverenih <strong>predloga <\/strong>kako da sebi olak\u0161ate san sa upornom alergijom:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>#1 Promena rutine u ve\u017ebanju<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vanja-zaoblila alignright wp-image-9334 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/prvi-pasus-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/prvi-pasus-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/prvi-pasus.jpg 510w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\u0160ta to zna\u010di? Ako su va\u0161e alergije sezonske, verovatno ih ne\u0161to izvan va\u0161e ku\u0107e izaziva. Pogotovo ako ve\u017ebate u prirodi. Treniranje u zatvorenom prostoru mo\u017ee svakako da smanji izlaganje polenu, me\u0111utim, ukoliko se odlu\u010dite da se znojite na otvorenom, skupite kosu ili nosite \u0161e\u0161ir da zadr\u017eite polen od nje. Nakon treninga, sklonite ode\u0107u iz va\u0161e spava\u0107e sobe i obavezno se okupajte kako biste \u0161to pre izbegli uno\u0161enje alergena u prostor u kojem boravite ili spavate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>#2 Opremite va\u0161 krevet na pravi na\u010din<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vanja-zaoblila alignleft wp-image-9276 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/nedovoljno-sna-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/nedovoljno-sna-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/nedovoljno-sna.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Grinje iz prevashodno ku\u0107ne pra\u0161ine su uobi\u010dajeni alergeni kojima smo najvi\u0161e izlo\u017eeni no\u0107u. Ove mikroskopski sitne \u017eivotinje se skrivaju u va\u0161im krevetima, jastucima i posteljini i naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pre\u017eivljavaju zahvaljuju\u0107i ostacima mrtve ko\u017ee koju na\u0161e telo neprekidno odbacuje. Jastuci se po pravilu menjaju na svakih godinu dana, jer nakon dve godine upotrebe, tre\u0107ina te\u017eine jastuka se sastoji od prljav\u0161tine i mrtve ko\u017ee, a to je idealna sredina za grinje (pogotovo \u0161to se one najvi\u0161e razvijaju u uslovima vlage, odnosno tokom leta). Oni uklanjaju mikroskopski sitne \u010destice iz vazduha, uklju\u010duju\u0107i polen, prljav\u0161tinu od ku\u0107nih ljubimaca i ostale alergene. Spavanje sa otvorenim prozorima u vrelim letnjim no\u0107ima jeste samo privremeno re\u0161enje, ali ono \u0161to se podrazumeva (a \u0161to se \u010desto zaboravlja) jeste <strong>obavezno provetravanje svih prostorija <\/strong>\u010dim ustanete iz o\u010diglednih razloga.
