Ili se de\u0161ava da naglo promenite na\u010din ishrane, i naravno posle odre\u0111enog broja dana odustanete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Postoji <strong>nekoliko predloga<\/strong> kako biste mogli druga\u010dije neke stvari da uradite, i mo\u017eda stvarno ovaj put i uspete u svojoj nameri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Umesto da vikend provedete u \u201cmaksimalnom iskori\u0161\u0107avanju\u201d dosada\u0161njih lo\u0161ih navika, provedite ga u planiranju i pripremanju sebe za ponedeljak, za nov po\u010detak.
