Od toga, njih 80% ima metaboli\u010dki sindrom. Oni su gojazni i metaboli\u010dki bolesni. Samo 20% su gojazni i zdravi.<\/li>\n<li>Od 100% ljudi, njih\u00a0<strong>70% su mr\u0161avi<\/strong>. Od njih, 60% je zdravo. Zamislite samo da odjednom, u istom trenutku, 52% neke populacije ima onaj obi\u010dan, najobi\u010dniji grip! Do\u0161lo bi do katastrofe neslu\u0107enih razmera. Zamislite pola ljudi na poslu, na ulicama \u2013 a drugu polovinu u krevetu. Nepojmljivo koliko bi to bila stravi\u010dna situacija! Najgore je \u0161to preporu\u010dljiva telesna te\u017eina vi\u0161e ne poma\u017ee ni mr\u0161avim ljudima da budu zdravi.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Postoje 3 vrste masti na telu:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ona koju vidimo golim okom i nervira nas kad obu\u010demo kupa\u0107i kostim. Ipak, koliko god se \u017eene nervirale zbog sala na zadnjici, ono je potpuno bezopasno<\/li>\n<li>Visceralne masti oko stomaka i unutra\u0161njih organa, koje mogu da budu pokazatelj rizika<\/li>\n<li><strong>Najopasnije od svih \u2013 masti u jetri<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Masna jetra o\u0161ete\u0107ena \u0161e\u0107erom i alkoholom izgleda identi\u010dno.
