Kako bi sve bezbedno ispratila, bez naru\u0161avanja zdravlja, svakodnevno se dr\u017ei devize da je <strong>adekvatno izbalansirana ishrana<\/strong> ne\u0161to \u0161to se apsolutno podrazumeva u njenoj fitnes rutini. Fizi\u010dkom aktivno\u0161\u0107u u jutarnjim \u010dasovima pokre\u0107e se metabolizam, pospe\u0161uje se koncentracija, reguli\u0161e se rad endokrinog sistema, sr\u010dani ritam i tako dalje.
