Sve navedeno ima zajedni\u010dke osobine: ni\u0161ta od uzroka koji slede nije regulisano insulinom, ne skladi\u0161ti se kao glikogen i metaboli\u0161e se isklju\u010divo u jetri u formi masti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. FRUKTOZA (\u0161e\u0107er iz horor filma)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ve\u0107 dugi niz godina, op\u0161te je znanje da fruktoza ne stumuli\u0161e insulin i da se metaboli\u0161e tako \u0161to se prvo \u201cpretvori\u201d u mast u jetri. Jo\u0161 ta\u010dnije, kroz taj proces stimuli\u0161e stvaranje \u201copasnog i sitnog\u201d LDL-a i blokira insulinske receptore. Ovo je proces koji uti\u010de na pojavu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vitkigurman.com\/insulinska-rezistencija\/\"><strong>insulinske rezistencije<\/strong><\/a>i istovremeno na pove\u0107anje krvnog pritiska.<\/li>\n<li>Oko 20% glukoze zavr\u0161i u jetri kao glikogen (\u0161to nije problem) \u2013 ali se tamo odlazi 100% unete fruktoze, koja je postaje glikogen ve\u0107 mast.<\/li>\n<li>Se\u0107ate se da su do skroro dijabeti\u010darima preporu\u010divali fruktozu jer ne uti\u010de na insulin? Sada se zapitajte\u00a0<strong>koliko njih jo\u0161 uvek veruje<\/strong>da je fruktoza dobra i bezbednija zamena za obi\u010dan \u0161e\u0107er?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>TRANS MASTI (tj. trans-masne kiseline)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vitkigurman.com\/tag\/maslac-ili-margarin\/\">Upotreba margarina<\/a> je jedan od najve\u0107ih prehrambenih problema poslednjih decenija\u00a0. Ni\u0161ta manji problem ne predstavljaju ni\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vitkigurman.com\/koje-ulje-da-kupim\/\">rafinisana i nestabilna polinezasi\u0107ena ulja<\/a>\u2013 kao i proizvod nastao iz rafinisanih ulja:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vitkigurman.com\/prevara-margarin-bez-trans-masti\/\">margarin (mavodno) bez trans masti<\/a>. Sve pobrojano, kako god se zvalo, ima trans-masti i tera nas direktno u bolest. Stvara masnu jetru.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vitkigurman.com\/deca-gojaznost\/\">De\u010dija gojaznost<\/a>je veliki problem. Znamo da je deci\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vitkigurman.com\/deca-prehrambene-navike\/\">te\u0161ko oduzeti \u0161e\u0107er<\/a>, pa cilj treba da bude njegova kontrola. Ipak, lako je oduzeti im trans-masti i to hitno treba uraditi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. ALKOHOL (etanol)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To znaju i ptice na grani. \u010cak i oni koji se povremeno ili stalno dru\u017ee s \u010da\u0161icom \u2013 ne \u017eive u zabludi oko toga \u0161ta pi\u0107e radi jetri. Ovde nema neinformisanosti, pa samo po sebi predstavlja manji problem od prethodna dva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. BCAA (branched chain amino acids)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radi se o izolovanim esencijalnim aminokiselinama. Aminokiseline su gradivni blokovi za proteine, a esencijalne \u201cblokove\u201d ne mo\u017eemo sami da proizvedemo ve\u0107 se unose iz hrane. Nekoliko aminokiselina su dominantne u izgradnji mi\u0161i\u0107a kod sportista i upravo one mogu da se kupe kao BCAA dodatak ishrani. Ozbiljnim sportistima BCAA ne smeta \u2013 ali se pokazao <strong>lo\u0161im kod ljudi koji nemaju potrebu za njima<\/strong>, tj. nisu dovoljno fizi\u010dki aktivni i piju ih.
