To sve jako puno poma\u017ee prilikom svakodnevnih aktivnosti i obaveza. Najte\u017ei deo predstavlja sam odlazak na trening, a ve\u0107 nakon prve serije postaje u\u017eivanje. Njegov posao zahteva konstantnu edukaciju i usavr\u0161avanje, rad sa ljudima svih profila, a to tako\u0111e ima benefite van teretane. \u010cesto radi sa uspe\u0161nim poslovnim ljudima i trening je veoma bitan deo njihove svakodnevice, \u0161to pokazuje da se ukoliko ne\u0161to dovoljno \u017eeli\u0161 vreme uvek mo\u017ee prona\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>,,Zdrav \u017eivot nije samo sna\u017eno i oblikovano telo ve\u0107 i ose\u0107aj zadovoljstva i samopouzdanja koje taj \u017eivot pru\u017ea.
