Ovaj transport se odvija u odre\u0111enim \u201epaketima\u201c koji se nazivaju lipoproteini: <strong>VLDL<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.medscape.org\/viewarticle\/569664\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">u nalazima se naziva trigliceridi<\/a>), <strong>LDL i HDL<\/strong>. Ukupna vrednost ovih paketa daje ono \u0161to se naziva <strong>\u201eukupan\u201c holesterol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evo kako prema \u0161vedskom lekaru dr Enfeltu (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dietdoctor.com\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Andreas Eenfeldt<\/a>) mo\u017eemo sami protuma\u010diti svoje nalaze holesterola:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trigliceridi<\/strong>: niska vrednost je dobra (ispod 1,7 jedinica). Nivo iznad 1,7 je znak metaboli\u010dkog sindroma i zna\u010di povi\u0161en rizik za sr\u010dane bolesti. Visoka vrednost obi\u010dno zavisi od preteranog unosa ugljenih hidrata.\u00a0<strong>Trigliceridi ne dolaze od masno\u0107a<\/strong>koje jedemo, ve\u0107 nastaju u jetri od \u0161e\u0107era koji nije iskori\u0161\u0107en za energiju. Izvor ovog \u0161e\u0107era je sva hrana bogata ugljenim hidratima, naro\u010dito \u0161e\u0107er i belo bra\u0161no. Ve\u0107ina ljudi koji se hrane prema na\u010delima ishrane s manje ugljenih hidrata imaju ni\u017eu vrednost triglicerida.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dobar holesterol, HDL<\/strong>: visoka vrednost je dobra jer ovo je dobar, za\u0161titni holesterol. Niske vrednosti pokazuju rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti. Nivo ispod 1,0 (mu\u0161karci) i ispod 1,3 (\u017eene) pokazatelj je <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/2019\/11\/12\/metabolicki-sindrom-zasto-je-ovo-poremecaj-xxi-veka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">metaboli\u010dkog sindroma<\/a>.\u00a0<strong>Unos zasi\u0107enih masno\u0107a podi\u017ee HDL<\/strong>, unos ugljenih hidrata ga sni\u017eava. Ve\u0107ina onih koji se hrane po na\u010delima ishrane s manje ugljenih hidrata imaju visoke vrednosti HDL-a.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lo\u0161 holesterol, LDL<\/strong>: preporu\u010duje se vrednost ispod 3,0 jedinice, ali ovo nije tako jednostavno proceniti budu\u0107i da postoje\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/media.vitkigurman.com\/2014\/06\/cholesterol.gif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>LDL \u010destice raznih veli\u010dina<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>gde su male guste \u010destice opasne, a velike prozra\u010dne nisu.<\/strong><\/a>Niska vrednost triglicerida i visoka vrednost HDL-a, \u0161to je oboje dobro, ukazuju da su LDL \u010destice velike i prozra\u010dne i u tom slu\u010daju ve\u0107a vrednost LDL-a ne predstavlja rizik. Me\u0111utim, visoka vrednost triglicerida i niska HDL vrednost ukazuju na to da su LDL \u010destice male i opasne, da lako oksidiraju pa je u tom slu\u010daju visoki LDL \u2013 lo\u0161.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vanja-zaoblila alignleft wp-image-11429 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/macarons-2548827_1280-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/macarons-2548827_1280-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/macarons-2548827_1280-768x461.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/macarons-2548827_1280.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/macarons-2548827_1280-750x451.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Potrebno je posmatrati<strong>\u00a0odnos Ukupni holesterol \/ \u201cDobar\u201d holesterol\u00a0<\/strong>jer\u00a0ovaj odnos govori puno vi\u0161e nego vrednost ukupnog holesterola (svakako je va\u017eno pogledati i krvni pritisak). Kada\u00a0je za\u0161titni HDL holesterol visok, tada \u0107e i ukupna vrednost biti vi\u0161a, \u0161to je u tom slu\u010daju samo dobro. Ako je odnos ukupnog holesterola i HDL ispod 6 \u2013 to je dobro, ispod 5 \u2013 jo\u0161 bolje, a ispod 4 \u2013 odli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>PRIMER<\/strong>: ako je ukupni holesterol 8, a HDL je 2 &#8211;\u00a0 odnos je 8:2 = 4, \u0161to je odli\u010dno. No ako je ukupni holesterol 8, a HDL samo 1, tada je odnos 8:1 = 8, \u0161to je lo\u0161e.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jo\u0161 jednom da utvrdimo najva\u017enije, a to je kako masti i \u0161e\u0107er uti\u010du na holesterol?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velike, prozra\u010dne,\u00a0<strong>neopasne LDL<\/strong>\u010destice i za\u0161titni HDL pove\u0107avaju se od\u00a0<strong>zasi\u0107enih masti<\/strong>\u00a0u ishrani.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Male guste\u00a0<strong>opasne LDL<\/strong>\u010destice i\u00a0<strong>trigliceridi<\/strong>\u00a0koji su opasni, pove\u0107avaju se od ugljenih hidrata u ishrani.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dakle,\u00a0<strong>vrednost ukupnog holesterola ne pokazuje ba\u0161 ni\u0161ta<\/strong>, a ipak ve\u0107ina lekara ve\u0107 kod blago povi\u0161enog ukupnog holesterola \u201epacijentima\u201c preporu\u010duje ishranu s manje zasi\u0107enih masno\u0107a koja\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vitkigurman.com\/2012\/12\/13\/koja-dijeta-je-najbolja-i-kako-izabrati-pravu-dijetu-2-deo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">podrazumeva vi\u0161e ugljenih hidrata<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovakva ishrana mo\u017ee dovesti do smanjenja dobrih LDL \u010destica, smanjenja za\u0161titnog HDL-a i pove\u0107anja \u0161tetnih triglicerida, \u0161to sve skupa\u00a0<strong>mo\u017ee pokazati ni\u017ei ukupni holesterol<\/strong>, a da to u stvari zna\u010di pove\u0107an rizik za sr\u010dane bolesti.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravnskov.nu\/uffe.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ovo je poznato me\u0111u nau\u010dnicima koji se bave pitanjima holesterola<\/a>, ali su slu\u017ebene prehrambene preporuke ipak potpuno obrnute \u2013 savetuje nam se da jedemo manje masno\u0107e i vi\u0161e ugljenih hidrata. \u010cesto se govori o kvalitetu masno\u0107e pa \u010dujemo da postoje one \u201edobre\u201c i one \u201elo\u0161e\u201c.
