Razlog tome je verovanje da se hrana koja se unese posle 18h pretvara u masti, i \u201clepi\u201d za vas u vidu masnih naslaga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Niko i dalje ne zna odakle je potekla ova \u010dinjenica u koju ve\u0107ina ljudi veruje. Ra\u0111eni su \u010dak i razni eksperimenti na ovu temu, koji su dokazali da je ovo sve samo jedan mit i izmi\u0161ljena pri\u010da. <strong>Primer:<\/strong> grupa ispitanika u jednom eksperimentu, prestala je da jede hranu od 19h do 6h ujutru. Svaki od tih ispitanika je izgubio prose\u010dno 450 grama u roku od dve nedelje primeuju\u0107i takav re\u017eim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jedna stvar je jasna &#8211; hrana koja se unese posle 18h se ne pretvara u masti i ne uti\u010de na va\u0161e gojenje. <strong>Glavni problem<\/strong> je ako osoba unosi velike koli\u010dine hrane, a pritom se ne kre\u0107e ili nema neku fizi\u010dku aktivnost kako bi potro\u0161ila vi\u0161ak unetih kalorija. <strong>Takve osobe \u0107e dobijati na kila\u017ei bez obzira u koje doba dana jedu<\/strong>. U odnosu na sve to se prora\u010dunom odre\u0111uje potreban broj kalorija koji treba uneti u toku dana putem hrane i pi\u0107a. Ono \u0161to je najva\u017enije pratiti su proteini, masti i ugljeni hidrati. Tako\u0111e, treba napraviti dobar odnos istih kako bi postizali svoj \u017eeljeni cilj na najbolji mogu\u0107i na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uz to se podrazumeva dobar i zdrav izbor namirnica: \u0161to vi\u0161e mesa (piletina, \u0107uretina, riba), povr\u0107a, pirin\u010da i krompira. A \u0161to manje grickalica, slatki\u0161a i brze hrane.
