U\u00a0praksi, bez redovnog uzimanja testa, grickalica i\u00a0slatki\u0161a\u00a0te\u0161ko da uop\u0161te mo\u017eete da postignete tih preporu\u010denih 55-65% kalorija iz ugljenih hidrata. Deblja\u0107e nas ako smo metabolizam\u00a0ve\u0107 izmrcvarili dosada\u0161njim stilom \u017eivota i<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vitkigurman.com\/2012\/04\/04\/tajna-mrsavljenja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0napravili neki problem<\/a>\u00a0zbog koga sada\u00a0manje toleri\u0161emo ugljene hidrate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sa dana\u0161njim prehrambenim navikama ve\u0107ine ljudi,\u00a0ovde se sve manje radi o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vitkigurman.com\/2013\/01\/13\/tip-gradje\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cestetskim izvoljevanjima\u201d<\/a>\u00a0ili nekakvom\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vitkigurman.com\/2013\/12\/25\/poremecaji-ishrane-intervju\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">podpadanju pod uticaje medija<\/a>. Za stroge re\u017eime uvek je bolje potra\u017eiti pomo\u0107 od<strong>\u00a0stru\u010dnog lica<\/strong>.
