Jedan od mitova koji je prisutan i dan-danas, koji vlada kod \u017eena jeste tvrdnja <strong>trening sa tegovima \u0107e u\u010diniti da dobijem mi\u0161i\u0107e kao mu\u0161karac<\/strong>. Postoji uvre\u017eeno mi\u0161ljenje da postoji podela izme\u0111u mu\u0161kih i \u017eenskih ve\u017ebi, odnosno da je za mu\u0161ki pol rezervisano samo dizanje tegova, a da \u017eene svoj trening treba da baziraju na trakama, vo\u017enji bicikla i oblikovanju guze. Pecepcija ve\u017eba\u010da kao i fitnes trendovi su promenljivi, pa tako se i menjaju navike ljudi. <strong>Oblikovanje <\/strong>kao takvo je mogu\u0107e jedino ako postoji mi\u0161i\u0107 koji \u0107e se oblikovati, a da bi se on izgradio neophodni su volja i rad. Tek onda kada se on izgradi, staruje se sa skidanjem vi\u0161ka masnih naslaga i njegovim oblikovanjem. Momenat da mu\u0161karci imaju \u2019\u2019nabildovane\u2019\u2019, a \u017eene \u2019\u2019oblikovane\u2019\u2019 mi\u0161i\u0107e je zapravo neta\u010dan. <strong>Mi\u0161i\u0107i su mi\u0161i\u0107i, bez ikakvog detaljnijeg obja\u0161njenja. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Postoje samo tipovi treninga koji su efektivni i oni koji nisu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kako \u017eene da izgrade mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovde se polazi od one teze (koja je ta\u010dna u 99% posto slu\u010dajeva), a to je da se ve\u0107ina \u017eena pla\u0161i (u pitanju je iracionalan strah) da ne budu nabildovani kao mu\u0161karci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ovom strahu prethodi nekoliko razloga:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; retko koja \u017eena ima pozitivne rezultate od dizanja tegova;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u017eene samo gube vreme koje provode po teretanama;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u017eene u teretani ne podignu ni\u0161ta te\u017ee od roze tega od 1.5kg;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u017eene ne rade sa slobodnim tegovima i ne rade osnovne ve\u017ebe;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u017eene rade bezbroj bespotrebnih ponavljanja;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u017eene nikad ne\u0107e napraviti &#8220;progresivni overload&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vanja-zaoblila alignright wp-image-11511 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3-1280x853.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3-750x500.jpg 750w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Me\u0111utim, glavni razlog se krije u testosteronu. Ovaj <strong>mu\u0161ki hormon <\/strong>u ve\u0107oj koli\u010dini proizvode mu\u0161karci nego \u017eene i on svakako <strong>igra glavnu ulogu <\/strong>u tome koliko osoba mo\u017ee da nosi mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase. \u017dene nemaju fiziolo\u0161ke predispozicije kao mu\u0161karci da budu nabildovane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za jednog mu\u0161karca koji radi sve kako treba u pravim uslovima, prose\u010dni dobitak mi\u0161i\u0107a je oko 100 do 200 grama mi\u0161i\u0107a nedeljno (i ovo je disktutabilno jer postoji mnogo faktora), a za \u017eene, upola manje.
