Uz trening naravno ide i ishrana, gde je potrebno izbaciti u \u0161to ve\u0107oj meri nezdrave namirnice i brzu hranu, a uvesti \u0161to vi\u0161e povr\u0107a, mesa i vo\u0107a. Dobre navike po\u010dinju od malih promena, na koje se vremenom navikavate i koje vam kasnije prelaze u normalnu svakodnevicu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O prednostima jutarnjih i ve\u010dernjih treninga isti\u010de svaki od njih ima svoje benefite i mane i da to isklju\u010divo zavisi od vas i va\u0161ih obaveza. Ako volite rano da ustajete i to vam ne predstavlja nikakav problem onda ste vi osoba za jutarnji trening. Samim tim \u0107e vam nakon treninga ostati ceo dan da organizujete prema svemu ostalom. U toku dana po\u0161to ste imali vi\u0161e obroka, ima\u0107ete vi\u0161e snage da odradite ja\u010di trening, i mo\u0107i \u0107ete da izbacite sav nagomilan stres u toku dana.
