Kako sama ka\u017ee, njena dobitna kombinacija ve\u017ebi jesu one koje uklju\u010duju mnogo ponavljanja, velike kila\u017ee (pomeranje limita iz nedelje u nedelju), kao i razli\u010dite varijacije kako bi se na pravi na\u010din aktivirao mi\u0161i\u0107. Prema njenom mi\u0161ljenju, uno\u0161enje proteina, ugljenih hidrata, minerala, zdravih masti, vlakana u sinergiji sa do 2l vode dnevno mo\u017ee dovesti do kvalitetnih rezultata, samo ako ste dovoljno disciplinovani. Svaki ve\u017eba\u010d je individua za sebe, pa je potrebno da upozna svoje telo i da na taj na\u010din koriguje trening i ishranu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>&#8221;Najve\u0107a motivacija su mi zdravlje i izgled. Vi\u0161e preferira <strong>ve\u010dernji trening, <\/strong>iz razloga \u0161to su joj obaveze preko dana prioritet (izme\u0111u ostalog, fakultet i u\u010denje). Ba\u0161 zbog kasnijih sati u kojim ve\u017eba, lep\u0161e spava i ose\u0107a se bolje.
