Pretpostavlja se da jedna tre\u0107ina odrasle populacije ima pritisak koji bi se mogao le\u010diti, a ovaj procenat se menja po regijama u zavisnosti od na\u010dina ishrane, fizi\u010dke aktivnosti i \u017eivotne dobi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vanja-zaoblila alignleft wp-image-11829 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/blood-pressure-2310824_1920-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/blood-pressure-2310824_1920-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/blood-pressure-2310824_1920-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/blood-pressure-2310824_1920-1280x850.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/blood-pressure-2310824_1920-750x498.jpg 750w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/blood-pressure-2310824_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Verovatno da ne postoji osoba koja bar jednom u \u017eivotu nije do\u017eivela problem sa povi\u0161enim krvnim pritiskom, a dodatni problem prilikom le\u010denja hipertenzije predstavlja i dodatak da se terapija uzima neredovno, a vrlo \u010desto u nedovoljnim dozama. Drugi naziv koji se koristi za hipertenziju je i <strong>&#8221;<\/strong><strong>tihi ubic<\/strong><strong>a<\/strong><strong>&#8221;<\/strong>, jer je mo\u017eete imati godinama, a da to uop\u0161te ni ne znate. <strong>Dakle, kako se odre\u0111uje hipertenzija?<\/strong> Arterijska hipertenzija je, po definiciji Svetske zdravstvene organizacije, stanje u kome je sistolni (sr\u010dani ili gornji) pritisak povi\u0161en preko 140 mm\/Hg, dok je dijastolni (venski ili donji) pritisak preko 90 mm\/Hg. Ova definicija se odnosi na sve osobe koje su starije od 18 godina. Mo\u017ee da se javi kao izolovana sistolna hipertenzija, ali su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e povi\u0161ena oba pritiska.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kod hipertenzije naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e (95% slu\u010dajeva) uzrok je nepoznat i tad govorimo o <strong>primarnoj ili esencijalnoj hipertenziji<\/strong>. U ostalih 5% slu\u010dajeva uzrok je <strong>sekundarna hipertenzija <\/strong>koja je posledica nekih drugih poreme\u0107aja ili bolesti, na primer feokromocitoma &#8211; tumora nadbubre\u017ene \u017elezde, zatim bolesti bubrega, ali kao i uzimanja nekih drugih lekova i tako dalje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pritisak u arterijama mo\u017ee da se povisi zbog:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velike arterije mogu za vreme \u017eivota da izgube svoju prirodnu elasti\u010dnost i time da postanu krute. Zbog toga ne mogu da se \u0161ire kada srce zbog njih potiskuje krv, i to zatim dovodi do pove\u0107anog krvnog pritiska. Ovaj uzrok povi\u0161enog pritiska naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e je prisutan kod starijih osoba koje imaju ukru\u0107ene ili arteriosklerotski promenjene vene, \u010dija je unutra\u0161njost znatno su\u017eena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">* Krvni pritisak se sli\u010dno pove\u0107ava i kod <strong>vazokonstrikcije<\/strong> (stiskanja arterija) koje je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e hormonalnog ili stresnog porekla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">* <strong>Pove\u0107anje sveukupnog volumena krvi<\/strong> u cirkulaciji pove\u0107ava krvni pritisak. Ovo se doga\u0111a kod nekih obolenja bubrega, kada nisu sposobni da izlu\u010de dovoljnu koli\u010dinu te\u010dnosti iz tela, i ba\u0161 tad postoji vi\u0161ak te\u010dnosti u cirkulaciji koja je svojim volumenom preobilna i tako volumno pritiska zidove urednih vena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vanja-zaoblila alignright wp-image-11830 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1345-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1345-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1345-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1345-750x501.jpg 750w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1345.jpg 926w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Posledice hipertenzije su pogubne za \u010ditav niz organa i organskih sastava, zbog \u010dega je od najve\u0107e va\u017enosti njeno pravovremeno otkrivanje, dok jo\u0161 uvek nisu prouzrokovana o\u0161te\u0107enja! Povi\u0161en krvni pritisak se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e otkriva kada su izra\u017eeni simptomi koji upu\u0107uju na vrlo visok skok pritiska, zatim, na promene i oscilacije pritiska ili posledice <strong>koje povi\u0161eni pritisak uzrokuje na drugim organima (o\u010di, bubrezi, vene, srce, mozak).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osobe koje koje imaju povi\u0161en krvni pritisak naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se javljaju doktoru kad osete glavobolju u potiljku, vrtoglavicu, umor, pospanost, \u0161um ili zujanje u u\u0161ima, nestabilnost pri hodu. Neki navode pomu\u0107enost vida, bolove u grudnom ko\u0161u, bolove u levoj strani vrata ili levoj ruci. Mnogi ljudi sami sebi mere pritisak i tada dobijaju obi\u010dno ni\u017ee i neuobi\u010dajene vrednosti pritiska. Postoji i tzv. <strong>sindrom \u201cbelog mantila\u201d<\/strong> koji se obja\u0161njava \u010dinjenicom da pacijenti imaju ne\u0161to vi\u0161i pritisak u ordinaciji nego kod ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Evo nekoliko kategorija krvnog pritiska:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Normalan krvni pritisak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ispod 120 mm\/Hg I ispod 80 mm\/Hg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visok normalni krvni pritisak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-130-139\u00a0 \/ 85-89 mm\/Hg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivo 1 &#8211; (blaga) hipertenzija:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-140-159 \/ 90-99<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivo 2 &#8211; (umerena) hipertenzija:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-160-179\/ 100-119<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivo 3 &#8211; (te\u0161ka) hipertenzija:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-180-209 \/ 110-119<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivo 4 \u2013 (vrlo te\u0161ka) hipertenzija:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-210 i vi\u0161e\/ 120 i vi\u0161e<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 7.5pt 0cm;\"><em>Apsolutnom posve\u0107eno\u0161\u0107u i motivacijom, sve gre\u0161ke se mogu prevideti i ispraviti.
