On je poznat kao jak antioksidans koji \u010duva imunitet, zdravlje i izgled va\u0161e ko\u017ee, \u0161titi telo od infekcija i \u010duva zdravlje va\u0161ih o\u010diju. Unosite ga kroz razli\u010dito povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e, po\u010dev\u0161i od sirove \u0161argarepe, kelja, zelene salate, gra\u0161ka, kukuruza i sve omiljenije bundeve. Najve\u0107a preporuka jeste uzimanje ovih kompleksa putem hrane i to: <strong>ribe, mleka, jaja, \u017eitarica, ora\u0161astih plodova, lisnatog zelenog povr\u0107a, pirin\u010da i pekarskog kvasca<\/strong>. Osim \u0161to \u010duva celokupan kardiovaskularni sistem, vitamin B ubla\u017eava simptome PMS-a i pobolj\u0161ava pam\u0107enje, pa se zato preporu\u010duje studentskim generacijama i svima koji rade na pozicijama koje zahtevaju veliki mentalni i umni napor.
