Prevashodno &#8211; trening vas gradi kao osobu. Posta\u0107ete mnogo <strong>obzirniji<\/strong> prema treningu, a samim tim i prema sebi i svojim obavezama. Posta\u0107ete <strong>manje lenji<\/strong> i za druge stvari u \u017eivotu, jer jedna stvar povla\u010di drugu i samim tim menjate sebe kao li\u010dnost. Po\u010de\u0107ete <strong>da u\u017eivate u treningu,<\/strong> ceni\u0107ete vreme predvi\u0111eno za trening, a on \u0107e vam postati neka vrsta izduvnog ventila.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Imate sedam dana u nedelji. Trening \u0107e vam u nekom momentu pomo\u0107i da shvatite za\u0161to je dobro \u0161to ste ga zapo\u010deli, ali je ose\u0107aj zasigurno druga\u010diji pre nego \u0161to ste po\u010deli da trenirate. Ve\u0107 posle mesec dana, primeti\u0107ete fizi\u010dke promene, va\u0161e telo se menja, zate\u017ee, smanjuje ili pove\u0107ava, to naravno zavisi od cilja.
