Ponekad pomislimo da su dani za odmor namenjeni slabi\u0107ima. Zadovoljniji smo iz dana u dan i sve se odvija kako treba do trenutka kad ne udarimo u zid. Po\u010dnemo da se ose\u0107amo razdra\u017eljivo, iscrpljeno, a te\u017eine koje smo nekad sa lako\u0107om podizali, sada nam se \u010dine te\u017eim. Sve o \u010demu razmi\u0161ljamo je da \u017eelimo ceo dan da provedemo ispred televizora i to je sve. I upravo ovo je znak da previ\u0161e treniramo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redovno ve\u017ebanje je odli\u010dna stvar za na\u0161e zdravlje.
