Tim povodom smo razgovarali sa trenerom iz tog objekta i na\u0161iroko poznatim <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/just_shime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nikolom \u0160im\u0161i\u0107em \u0160imetom<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cVerujem da me neki od va\u0161ih \u010dita\u010da ve\u0107 znaju, ali za one koji \u010ditaju prvi put, red je da se predstavim. Zovem se Nikola, ali me svi znaju po nadimku &#8211; \u0160ime. Rad sa ljudima, re\u0161avanje njihovih zdravstenih problema i pomo\u0107 oko izgleda, shvatio sam kao poziv i u tome u\u017eivam.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ono \u0161to nam je svima na pameti ovih dana kada razmi\u0161ljamo o ve\u017ebanju je &#8211; da li uop\u0161te da po\u010dinjemo jer je leto tu iza \u0107o\u0161ka. \u0160ime je vrlo decidan:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cNaravno da da! Ne postoji pravi i pogre\u0161ni tajming kada krenuti sa treningom. Jednostavno, svaki trenutak je pravi za tu odluku. Rezultati su uvek i u svemu neizostavni ukoliko radite na zadatom tako da, ukoliko se posvetite ne\u010demu (u ovom slu\u010daju je to trening) rezultati \u0107e biti zagarantovani.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S obzirom da nam se bli\u017ei i lepo vreme, treba to da iskoristimo kao mogu\u0107nost za neku dodatnu aktivnost napolju. Neko voli da tr\u010di, vozi bicikl, \u0161eta ili pliva. \u0160ta god od navedenih aktivnosti radili, iziskujete dodatnu potro\u0161nju kalorija (\u010ditaj ve\u0107i kalorijski deficit) i zasigurno, mo\u017eda i na prvom mestu, zdraviji organizam i bolji imuni sistem.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Kada uspemo kona\u010dno da po\u010dnemo, koji je prava koli\u010dina i kombinacija ve\u017ebi na treninzima?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cZa po\u010detnike uvek preporu\u010dujem 3 treninga nedeljno i to uglavnom kru\u017enog tipa. To su treninzi u kome \u0107ete pro\u0107i celo telo, odnosno svaku mi\u0161i\u0107nu partiju. Nakon tog prvog trenutka, bilo bi dobro napraviti neki <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">split<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poput: grudi\/ramena\/triceps, le\u0111a\/biceps, noge\u2026 Aktivniji ve\u017eba\u010di mogu da rade 4 treninga nedeljno uz neki <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">upper-lower split<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pogotovo jer se u tom slu\u010daju \u010de\u0161\u0107e prelaze iste mi\u0161i\u0107ne partije.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Druga\u010dija je konstitucija tela kod \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca, kao i potrebe za pobolj\u0161anjem. \u0160ta je ono s \u010dim lep\u0161i pol mo\u017ee da po\u010dne, a koji program je pogodniji za mu\u0161karce?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upper-lower<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> princip, sa akcentom na gluteus je odli\u010dan za dame. Momci treba definitivno fokus da stave na neku partiju koja im zaostaje ili \u017eele da je poprave. Takvu partiju bi trebalo raditi \u010de\u0161\u0107e (dva puta nedeljno minimum, jednom primarno i jednom kao dopunu nekom treningu).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lep\u0161i pol uvek mo\u017ee da po\u010dne sa osmehom, tu je odra\u0111eno vi\u0161e od 50% posla\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 \u0160alu na stranu, svi znamo da oba pola privla\u010di pozadina i mami osmeh. Tako da bih, pored celog tela, akcenat stavio upravo na to.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nevoljno se sla\u017eemo sa Nikolom i pitamo kako da postignemo maksimalan efekat i doteramo zadnjicu do savr\u0161enstva.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Kako bi taj trening zaista trebalo da izgleda, morali biste da iskusite u <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ironrepublic_gym\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iron Republic Gym-u<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Budu\u0107i da smo kao ljudi dosta nestrpljivi, pitamo Nikolu dalje za jednostavna re\u0161enja. Kako najbr\u017ee da skinemo kilograme ili da nabacimo mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cMogu da budem onaj lik koji \u0107e vam dati sjajan, al&#8217; ujedno i nedelotvoran naslov iz \u010dasopisa, ali onda to ne bih bio ja i moji rezultati se ne bi isticali. Sve dijete su delotvorne ako im se posvetite, ali vodite ra\u010duna. Velike restrikcije rezultira\u0107e brzim rezultatom, ali nakon toga bi\u0107e pogubne po vas. Me\u0111utim, mogu vam savetovati da ne izbacujete ni jedan makros (proteini, masti, ugljeni hidrati) ako za time nema potrebe. Smanjite kalorijski unos, pove\u0107ajte potro\u0161nju. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sli\u010dno je i za dodavanje mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase, bolje za dva tri meseca dodati kilo kvalitenog mesa (kako ja to volim da ka\u017eem), nego puko nabaciti kilograme na vagu. Jedite u blagom kalorijskom suficitu i jedite kvalitetno.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada re\u0161imo da krenemo u zdraviji \u017eivot i aktivniju svakodnevnicu, potrebno je da, uz pravilno i u\u010destalo ve\u017ebanje promenimo i neke \u017eivotne navike. Na \u0161ta treba da obratimo pa\u017enju i kako da se pona\u0161amo kada pri\u010damo o ovome?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_6841.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-12244 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_6841-300x243.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"335\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_6841-300x243.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_6841-768x622.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_6841-1280x1037.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_6841-750x607.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 335px) 100vw, 335px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 \u201cNemojte praviti radikalne promene, jer \u0107e biti lo\u0161e po psihu. Ne volimo i ne prilago\u0111avamo se tako lako velikim i naglim promenama. Ali ono \u0161to mo\u017eete uraditi ve\u0107 od ovog trenutka je regulacija ishrane. Pod tim mislim da imate redovnije obroke, \u201c\u010distije\u201d obroke (ukoliko ste jeli brzu hranu) izbacite nepotrebne kalorije. Ne odmah, ne sve, ali ih secite! Kad to ka\u017eem mislim na onu situaciju &#8211; da, taj snikers i \u010dips izme\u0111u dva obroka mi nije bio neophodan, samo mi je bilo dosadno!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potrudite se da reguli\u0161ete san i obezbedite dovoljno istog za normalno funkcionisanje. I ako ne deluje tako, brojni procesi se de\u0161avaju u telu i sa hormonima dok vi spavate. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I poslednja, al nikako manje bitna stvar &#8211; U\u010dinite trening redovnim i zabavnim, jer ne dolazite da bi ste kaznili sebe, ve\u0107 u\u017eivali u procesu.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sad znamo da je teretana gde \u0107e\u0161 nas ti trenirati ustvari zabavno mesto u kome brzo leti vreme i gde posti\u017eemo maksimalne rezultate. Iz tog razloga sa odu\u0161evljenjem o\u010dekujemo prvi odlazak u novi <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekat\/iron-republic-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iron Republic<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ovog puta na Novom Beogradu. Po \u010demu se Iron razlikuje od drugih objekata, pored omiljenih trenera velikog broja ve\u017eba\u010da &#8211; tebe i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/hanatrener\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hane<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cMislim da na ovo pitanje ne mo\u017ee niko bolje odgovoriti nego ja. Tu sam od po\u010detka ideje do dana dana\u0161njeg. Iron izdvajaju dve krucijalne stvari &#8211; znanje koje nudimo i duh ekipe. Verujete mi, gde god da odete, nigde ne\u0107ete nai\u0107i na ljude koji se dr\u017ee i rade zajedno kao u Ironu, a to nam daje za pravo da se nazivamo i porodicom.
