Sa dolaskom lepog vremena, te minute mo\u017eete provesti u vodi jer plivanje je odli\u010dan na\u010din za rad svih mi\u0161i\u0107a kao i kardiovaskularnog sistema. Sat vremena plivanja sagoreva skoro istu koli\u010dinu kalorija kao sat tr\u010danja, a pri tom ne vr\u0161i pritisak na zglobove i kosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Jedna od najva\u017enijih stvari kod plivanja je \u0161to upo\u0161ljava celo telo, od glave do pete:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pove\u0107ava broj otkucaja srca bez optere\u0107enja tela<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tonira mi\u0161i\u0107e<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Gradi snagu<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pove\u0107ava izdr\u017eljivost<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Plivanjem aktiviramo, kako sve grupe mi\u0161i\u0107a s jedne, tako i ceo na\u0161 kardiovaskularni sistem s druge strane. Ja\u010damo srce i plu\u0107a, sni\u017eavamo pritisak i nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Pogoduje ljudima sa povredama, artritisom, kao terapija za smanjenje bolova u mi\u0161i\u0107ima i zglobovima\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Dobra opcija za asmati\u010dare zbog vlage primarno u zatvorenim bazenima. Zadr\u017eavanje daha kod plivanja i ronjenja mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati kapacitet plu\u0107a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Plivanje je blagotvorna aktivnost tokom trudno\u0107e s tim \u0161to neke trudnice ako imaju komplikacije moraju se unapred posavetovati sa svojim lekarom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. dealno za decu jer se ne smatra obaveznim ve\u017ebanjem koliko zabavnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u u vodi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10. Me\u0111utim, kad plivamo prsno, telo se izvija i le\u0111a dolaze u polo\u017eaj ekstenzije &#8211; gornji deo le\u0111a se podi\u017ee, a tako\u0111e i donji.
