Provo\u0111enje vremena u zatvorenom prostoru moze da izazove napade panike i depresiju, a strah i anksioznost su nam postali svakodnevni pratioci. Podignut je nivo stresa, frustracije, ose\u0107aja bespomo\u0107nosti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Obzirom da smo uskra\u0107eni za mnoge stvari, dru\u017eenja koja su nam pri\u010dinjavala zadovoljstvo, moramo prona\u0107i neke druga\u010dije na\u010dine za proizvodnju hormona sre\u0107e.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">Osim \u0161to je potrebno uposliti mozak (knjige, filmovi, hobiji), treba \u0161to vi\u0161e boraviti na \u010distom vazuhu, \u0161etati i imati aktivne treninge.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sve vrste ve\u017ebi imaju povoljan uticaj po zdravlje, bez obzira na starost i pol. Postoje studije koje dokazuju da manjak aktivnosti mo\u017ee da dovede do lo\u0161eg mentalnog zdravlja, kao i da bude njegov simptom. U toku ve\u017ebanja mozak osloba\u0111a endorfin, dopamin i serotonin. Ba\u0161 te hemikalije su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e sastavni deo antidepresiva. Tako da, osim psihoterapija, radnih terapija, lekova &#8211; ve\u017ebajte. <strong>Ve\u017ebajte, prija\u0107e vam.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jo\u0161 jedna psiholo\u0161ka komponenta gde se ogleda benefit ve\u017ebanja je, izme\u0111u ostalog, i to \u0161to pobolj\u0161avamo samopouzdanje, radimo ne\u0161to novo, ja\u010damo imunitet, bolje izgledamo, vi\u0161e se dopadamo sebi&#8230; \u010citavu sinergiju pozitivnih stvari u va\u0161em \u017eivotu pokrenu\u0107ete ve\u017ebanjem.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>Prvi korak ka sre\u0107nijem \u017eivotu je odluka da \u017eelimo da budemo aktivni(ji).
