S obzirom da sam od malih nogu hipohondar, nije mi bilo svejedno u prvom naletu. Ve\u0107 posle kada sam preduzeo sve mere koje su bile na meni, opustio sam se.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mislim da je zbog pandemije u kojoj se nalazimo, bolje biti spreman, kako fizi\u010dki tako i psihi\u010dki za ovaj neki period. Kod mene u teretani nisam do sada video da neko ne po\u0161tuje mere, a uvek sam sa sobom nosio i svoju bo\u010dicu alkohola ako mi zatreba. Dok su svi oprezni i vode ra\u010duna o sebi i svojoj higijeni, nema razloga za izbegavanje treninga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sve je do kondicije, ako niste neki zalu\u0111enik teretanom ili niste u top formi, bitno je i dalje odr\u017eavati kondiciju recimo kardio ve\u017ebama kako nam na primer ne bi bilo te\u0161ko na jedan sprat stepenicama da se popnemo kao \u0161to je meni do skoro bilo \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/andrijajo\/\"><b>Andrija Jovi\u0107 @andrijajo<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_6245.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-12571 size-medium\" title=\"andrija jo\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_6245-241x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"241\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_6245-241x300.jpg 241w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_6245.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 241px) 100vw, 241px\" \/><\/a>Najnormalnije sam trenirao uz po\u0161tovanje svih mera tokom ovog perioda, jer se manje pla\u0161im za seba, a vi\u0161e za svoju porodicu i starije. \u017divim sam u Beogradu, pa zbog toga ne strahujem toliko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U teretani gde treniram sve preporuke su se po\u0161tovale, \u010dak i kada sam ja neke stvari zaboravio u nekoliko navrata, odmah sam bio opomenut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smatram da smo se generalno svi dosta ulenjili tokom karantina i bilo koja fizi\u010dka aktivnost je bila veoma bitna iz mnogo razloga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nisam najbolja osoba koja \u0107e dati savete jer i ja nisam neko ko je kontinuirano i redovno trenirao. Organizacija vremena je dosta bitna, a ja jo\u0161 uvek to nisam usavr\u0161io. Lepo je vreme do\u0161lo i onda imam jo\u0161 ve\u0107u motivaciju da treniram i to \u010desto radim prvenstveno zbog zdravlja, a onda naravno i zbog fizi\u010dkog izgleda. Bavim se javnim poslom i to je prosto sastavni deo toga!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smatram da ako vodimo ra\u010duna o svom zdravlju, jedemo kvalitetnu hranu, treniramo i pijemo vitamine, time ja\u010damo organizam bolje nego bilo kako druga\u010dije!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U mojoj teretani (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekat\/iron-republic\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iron republic<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) se ne mo\u017ee u\u0107i bez maski i obavezna je dezinfekcija ruku. Svugde imate sredstva za dezinfekciju. Po\u0161tuje se mera o broju ljudi u teretani u isto vreme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mislim da bi trebalo svi da treniramo, da se hranimo zdravo, pijemo vitamine i ja\u010damo organizam i, naravno, mislimo pozitivno! Moramo nastojati da odr\u017eavamo koliko-toliko normalan ritam i regularan na\u010din \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jako je kontinuitet bitan! Ni\u0161ta vam ne zna\u010di da krenete, pa stanete! Sve preporuke se po\u0161tuju, prostorije se redovno \u010diste i dezinfikuju i osoblje uvek nosi maske uklju\u010duju\u0107i i trenere. Veoma mi je bitno da sam u kondiciji i da imam kontinuitet u treniranju, pre svega zbog zdravlja, a onda i zbog vitke linije. Kada treniram mnogo se bolje ose\u0107am i psihi\u010dki i fizi\u010dki, imam energije, odr\u017eavam vitku liniju i mnogo sam zadovoljnija sobom.<br \/>\nTo savetujem i ostalima.
