Promenili smo na\u010din \u017eivota, dnevnu rutinu, a tako\u0111e i na\u010din sprovo\u0111enja fizi\u010dke aktivnosti. Sada kada se, nadamo se, vra\u0107amo na staro, potrebno je dobro osmisliti povratak redovnim treninzima u teretani. Nakon perioda pauze, ve\u017ebanje iz dana u dan \u0107e nam biti previ\u0161e naporno, odnosno bi\u0107e nam potrebno vi\u0161e odmora. Preporuka je najvi\u0161e dva do tri seta po ve\u017ebi, a 5 do 10 setova nedeljno po mi\u0161i\u0107u.
