Koliko smo samo puta \u010duli \u201cpo\u010dinjem od prvog da u\u010dim\/treniram\/sa re\u017eimom ishrane\u201d? <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danas je taj dan, danas \u0107emo da se pokrenemo i kona\u010dno izgubimo tih par kilograma vi\u0161ka zbog kojih nam manjka samopouzdanja. Danas \u0107emo krenemo sa ve\u017ebama za posturu ki\u010dme, pa nas ne\u0107e vi\u0161e boleti vratni ili lumbalni deo od dugog sedenja na poslu. Prikupljanje motivacije za odlazak u teretanu i znojenje \u010dini se dodatnim poslom, me\u0111utim ukoliko po\u010dnemo na pravi na\u010din da razmi\u0161ljamo, sve je mogu\u0107e. Tako\u0111e, bitno je nazivati stvari pravim imenom, pa ponekad i priznati sebi da smo lenji, ali dobra stvar je u tome \u0161to nismo sami u tom ose\u0107aju. Melinda Nici, sportski psiholog, detektuje veliki broj zaposlenih ljudi kojima je odre\u0111ivanje vremena za teretanu Ahilova peta, pa daje savete kako da obesmislimo na\u0161e izgovore i zapravo se dovedemo u stanje da \u017eelimo da idemo u teretanu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zavoli ono \u0161to radi\u0161<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nema smisla pratiti svoj plan ve\u017ebanja ukoliko ga mrzimo, pa je bolje da izdvojimo malo vremena za dubinsku potragu u sebi \u0161ta od fizi\u010dkih aktivnosti nam najvi\u0161e i godi. Nakon toga \u0107emo voleti ose\u0107aj koji u nama izaziva ve\u017ebanje na odre\u0111eni na\u010din, a neve\u017ebanje \u0107e izazivati lo\u0161e emocije, pa motivacija postaje vrlo jednostavna i lako dosti\u017ena. Kada budemo u\u017eivali u fizi\u010dkoj aktivnosti vrlo lako \u0107e nam se roditi ose\u0107aj da treba da je i ponavljamo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Budi realan<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postavljanje nedosti\u017enih ciljeva za kratak rok je recept za neuspeh. Bitno je da budemo realni, pa makar to zna\u010dilo i produ\u017eenje vremenskog perioda za postizanje tog konkretnog cilja. Ukoliko ste po\u010detnik i odredite vreme ve\u017ebanja od 45 minuta pet dana u nedelji, velike su \u0161anse da to ne\u0107ete ispuniti i da \u0107ete onda sve to shvatiti kao neuspeh i izgubiti motivaciju. Jednom kad u\u0111ete u rutinu, pridr\u017eava\u0107ete se. Ovih prvih tri nedelja je klju\u010dno (&nbsp;? ) i ukoliko se pridr\u017eavate rasporeda i ve\u017ebate uvek u isto vreme, stvori\u0107ete naviku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Od ve\u017ebanja napravi dru\u017eenje<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zabavne aktivnosti koje tro\u0161e kalorije i podi\u017eu formu mogu se lako pretvoriti u dru\u017eenje sa najboljom drugaricom ili kvalitetno potro\u0161eno vreme sa voljenom osobom. Na taj na\u010din \u201cubijate dve muve jednim udarcem\u201d i radite ne\u0161to korisno za sebe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nagradi sebe<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Napravite spisak nagrada. Na primer ukoliko postoji serija koju volite da gledate, napravite sistem u kom nakon svakog uspe\u0161nog treninga pogledate jednu epizodu.
