Umorni smo od u\u017eurbanog leta i spremni za malo opu\u0161tanja i to je u redu. Svi smo ljudi i oporavak je va\u017ean deo celokupne ravnote\u017ee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, jednom kad po\u010dnemo da se predajemo izgovorima, postaje sve lak\u0161e preskakati trening. Ubrzo dolazimo do toga da na\u0161 detaljno isplaniran fitnes raspored zapravo ne postoji. Isti model primenjujemo i kada se govori o zdravim obrocima. Jutro je najhladniji deo dana, pa je i \u0161etanje i treniranje malo lak\u0161e. Treningom u prvom delu dana dobijamo vi\u0161e energije i bolje raspolo\u017eenje za obaveze koje nam predstoje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kombinovanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isti trening iz dana u dan mo\u017ee nam se u\u010diniti dosadan i nenadahnjuju\u0107. Isprobavanje novih vrsta ve\u017ebi ili disciplina, ili rad sa trenerom, mo\u017ee nam dr\u017eati motivaciju na visokom nivou. Ukoliko volite jogu, u ovom periodu probajte pilates.
