Dobro je da koliko-toliko vikendima istrajemo u rutini koja nam \u010dini i radne dane, pa smo vam danas pripremili nekoliko preporuka kako i vi to da uradite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Bilo da je to namerno &#8211; kako bismo smanjili unos kalorija, ili slu\u010dajno kad jednostavno zaboravimo da jedemo, preskakanje obroka vodi do kasnijeg prepu\u0161tanja i nagomilavanja kalorija. Dr\u017eite se svog uobi\u010dajenog rasporeda i ne dozvolite da postanete previ\u0161e gladni. Spakujte hranu ili bar proteinske barove da imate uvek uz sebe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Na\u0111ite vremena za pripremanje hrane<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odvojite malo vremena za pripremu obroka ili planiranje kupovine zdravih i nutritivno bogatih namirnica i jela. Priprema je pola posla, postoje velike koli\u010dine raznovrsnih namirnica koje ne zahtevaju puno vremena, a mogu se koristiti vikendima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Spavajte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spavanje je krucijalni element \u0161to se zdravog \u017eivota ti\u010de, a upravo se to i previ\u0111a. Kao \u0161to ne propu\u0161tate obroke, tako ne treba da dozvolite ni da va\u0161em organizmu manjka sna tokom vikenda. Izdvojte vreme samo za sebe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je odmoriti se i opustiti tokom vikenda, pa tako treba izdvojiti neko vreme samo za nas. Nekad je potrebno samo 10 minuta, ali ne\u0161to vremena za sebe je neophodno kako bismo bili, kako fizi\u010dki, tako i psihi\u010dki bolje. Aktivnosti koje mo\u017eete sprovoditi tokom ovog perioda je \u0161etnja, \u010ditanje ili jednostavno u\u017eivanje u kafi ili \u010daju u ti\u0161ini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Ostanite aktivni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uklju\u010dite najmanje jednu aktivnost tokom vikenda. Ukoliko ne \u017eelite da idete u teretanu za vikend, to je skroz ok. Shvatite vikend kao odmor, ali svakako se mo\u017eete aktivirati dok se zabavljate. Ukoliko \u017eelite da jedete pljeskavicu, pomfrit i gazirani sok, u\u010dinite to, pa nastavite sa redovnim planom ishrane. Jedan \u201cbrzi\u201d obrok nam ne\u0107e mnogo na\u0161tetiti. Ovakav stav nam daje mogu\u0107nost da prekr\u0161imo dijetu, ali da se brzo vratimo na kolosek. Ukoliko se prepustimo vikend u\u017eivanjima \u0161to se hrane ti\u010de, ceo \u017eivot \u0107emo po\u010dinjati dijetu od ponedeljka.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vikendi su idealan period za isprobavanje novih aktivnosti i disciplina, u \u010demu vam mo\u017ee dosta pomo\u0107i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FitPass \u010dlanarina<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
