Za\u0161to je to tako?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>1. Ponedeljkom imamo vi\u0161e energije, pa se, psiholo\u0161ki gledano, trudimo da se taj prvi trening ra\u010duna. Tako\u0111e, ukoliko ste neko ko mo\u017eda tokom nedelje propusti neki odlazak u teretanu, ovo je super stvar jer ve\u017ebama za grudi poga\u0111amo i neke manje grupe mi\u0161i\u0107a poput bicepsa i ramena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>2. Nedovoljno smo motivisani alternativama<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukoliko razmotrimo alternative za ve\u017ebanje ponedeljkom, dobijamo noge i ramena, a nismo jo\u0161 u toj fazi rano tokom nedelje. Najbolje je odlu\u010diti se za grudi, pa kasnije raditi ostalo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>3. Ljudi vole da nastavljaju u aktivnostima koje im dobro idu, tako da dobijamo ve\u0107u motivaciju za celonedeljni ciklus treninga.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4. Ljudi se dr\u017ee onoga \u0161to znaju<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u017ebe za grudi su jedna od prvih stvari koje su mu\u0161karci radili u teretani, a samim tim i najdu\u017ee. Upravo iz ovog razloga, super je po\u010deti novu nedelju sa onim \u0161to smo prvo nau\u010dili i gde se ose\u0107amo sigurno.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>5. Svi ostali to rade<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mnogi po\u010detnici se osvr\u0107u u teretani gledaju\u0107i \u0161ta drugi ve\u017eba\u010di rade. Kada vide da se ponedeljkom rade grudi, vrlo brzo i oni po\u010dnu tu ve\u017ebu da izvode.
