Dosta njih smanjuje rizik od bolesti srca, mo\u017edanog udara i dijabetesa. Mo\u017eda \u017eelimo da smr\u0161amo, smanjimo krvni pritisak, spre\u010dimo depresiju ili jednostavno izgledamo bolje. Ali jo\u0161 jedan od razloga je da pobolj\u0161avamo memoriju za one od nas koji u\u010de i potrebna im je ve\u0107a koncentracija &#8211; ve\u017ebanje menja mozak na na\u010dine koji \u0161tite pam\u0107enje i ve\u0161tine razmi\u0161ljanja, \u0161to je jako va\u017eno jednog grupi ljudi &#8211; studentima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U studiji ura\u0111enoj na Univerzitetu Britanske Kolumbije, nau\u010dni su otkrili da redovno aerobno ve\u017ebanje koje dovodi do pumpanja srca i poja\u010danog rada znojnih \u017elezda pove\u0107ava veli\u010dinu podru\u010dja mozga zadu\u017eenog za verbalno pam\u0107enje i u\u010denje. Trening otpora, ve\u017ebe za ravnote\u017eu i toniranje mi\u0161i\u0107a nisu imali iste rezultate. S druge strane, nau\u010dnici su zaklju\u010dili da se jedan novi oblik demencije nalazi svake \u010detvrte sekunde, te da \u0107e do 2050. godine vi\u0161e od 115 miliona ljudi imati ovo oboljenje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Ve\u017ebanje i mozak<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trening poma\u017ee pam\u0107enju i razmi\u0161ljanju kako na direktan, tako i na posredan na\u010din.
