Danas \u0107emo se malo vi\u0161e posvetiti alkalnoj dijeti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alkalna ili bazna dijeta je ne\u0161to na \u0161ta se ne gleda blagonaklono u okvirima tradicionalne medicine. Razlog tome je \u0161to ne postoji dovoljan broj studija koje opisuju benefite ove vrste ishrane.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, mnogi stru\u010dnjaci i nutricionisti se ne sla\u017eu sa gorepomenutim izjavama jer bi to, po njihovom mi\u0161ljenju, zna\u010dilo da nije zdravo jesti vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama. Ne zvu\u010di li to sme\u0161no?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Istina je da prilikom alkalne dijete jedemo vi\u0161e biljne hrane. Me\u0111utim, ne zna\u010di da smo vegani, ve\u0107 da favorizujemo vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e u svakodnovnoj ishrani iz razloga \u0161to biljne namirnice imaju vi\u0161e alkalnih minerala koji odre\u0111uju pH vrednost organizma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hrana se smatra kiselom ako, prilikom metabolisanja, daje vi\u0161e proteina ili fosfora od kalijuma, kalcijuma i magnezijuma &#8211; tri velika alkalna minerala. Kada je sredina kiselija, \u0107elije koje razgra\u0111uju kost su aktivnije. Tako\u0111e, kada se ovo dogodi, telo crpi kalcijum iz kostiju i zuba kako bi ubla\u017eilo kiselost. U osnovi je \u010dinjenica da tamo gde je kiselo okru\u017eenje &#8211; nema kiseonika, a nasuprot tome, alkalna sredina podrazumeva kiseonik.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Mikronutrijenti<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukoliko imate bazni na\u010din ishrane verovatnije je da \u0107ete do\u0107i br\u017ee do mikronutrijenata koji su neophodni va\u0161em telu, a kojih manje ima ukoliko jedete vi\u0161e mesa i \u017eivotinjskih namirnica.
