Ova metamorfoza se de\u0161ava zbog faktora koje mo\u017eemo svrstati u dve kategorije: one koje mo\u017eemo da kontroli\u0161emo i one koje ne mo\u017eemo. Koli\u010dina ovih promena je posebno povezana sa \u017eivotnim stilom, a naro\u010dito sa ve\u017ebanjem, na\u010dinom ishrane i pu\u0161enjem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telo se sastoji iz par komponenti: pre svega kostiju, mi\u0161i\u0107a, masti i vode. Promene u telesnom sastavu (relativni udeo u te\u017eini koja svaka od ovih komponenti \u010dini) obi\u010dno se de\u0161avaju kako vreme odmi\u010de \u010dak i kad nema ukupne promene u telesnoj te\u017eini. Ukoliko unesemo vi\u0161e nego \u0161to sagorimo, vremenom \u0107emo se ugojiti.
