Me\u0111utim, ne budite kriti\u010dni previ\u0161e prema sebi. Praznici su tu za u\u017eivanje i opu\u0161tanje, a povratak u formu \u0107e do\u0107i postepeno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slave, Nova godina, Bo\u017ei\u0107\u2026 do\u0161li su i pro\u0161li, a mi smo nakupili nekoliko dodatnih kilograma i sad treba krenuti sa ve\u017ebama i korigovanjem ishrane. Mo\u017eda smo tokom praznika pili previ\u0161e alkoholnih pi\u0107a ili zasla\u0111enih napitaka, a gubili smo iz vida najobi\u010dniju vodu. Sada je trenutak da se to promeni.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postoji jedan interesantan savet kada je re\u010d o kola\u010dima tokom praznika. Uvek je va\u017eno pratiti napredak, ali ne tako \u0161to \u0107emo se osetiti isfrustriranima i u beznade\u017enoj situaciji. Dajte sebi \u201cfore\u201d dve nedelje od, na primer, Srpske Nove godine kako biste se vratili starim navikama.
