On je u 19. veku konstruisao skija\u0161ki vez koji je omogu\u0107io upravljanje skijom i to tehnikom koja se danas naziva <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">telemark<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Kasnija prilago\u0111avanja skija\u0161kog veza i skija\u0161kih cipela dovela su do daljeg usavr\u0161avanja skijanja i pojavu tzv. alpskih skija\u0161kih disciplina. Ranih godina 20. veka Austrijanac Hanes \u0160najder predstavio je tehniku upravljanja skijom rotacijom gornjeg dela tela koja se po imenom <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arlberg tehnika<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (nazvana prema kraju iz kojeg je poticao) vrlo brzo ra\u0161irila kao popularna rekreacija i sport.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da bi \u010dovek bio spreman za svoje skija\u0161ke po\u010detke, potrebno je pre samog izlaska na stazu obaviti adekvatnu fizi\u010dku pripremu. Najmanje mesec dana pre planiranog izlaska na stazu potrebno je oja\u010dati mi\u0161i\u0107e nogu, kao i podi\u0107i fizi\u010dku izdr\u017eljivost i kondiciju na vi\u0161i nivo. Skijanje, iako izgleda jednostavno i lako, zahtevna je fizi\u010dka aktivnost koja na sat vremena tro\u0161i i do <strong>1000 kalorija.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1775.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"300\" height=\"295\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1775-300x295.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1775-300x295.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1775-65x65.jpg 65w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1775.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kao skija\u0161ki po\u010detnik mo\u017eete se opredeliti za <strong>individulnu nastavu<\/strong> &#8211; gde radite sa instruktorom 1 na 1 ili <strong>grupnu nastavu<\/strong>, gde pored instruktora imate jo\u0161 maksimalno 4 \u010dlana u grupi istog skija\u0161kog znanja.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kao i svaki po\u010detak, skija\u0161ki prvi koraci su uvek pomalo nezgrapni i te\u0161ki, ali uz adekvatnu obuku vrlo brzo \u0107ete biti osposobljeni da se samostalno spustite niz plavu stazu.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada do\u0111ete na \u010das, instruktor \u0107e vas prvo upoznati sa skija\u0161kom opremom. Pored toplog ski odela tu su skije, paz\u030ciljivo odabrane za konkretan nivo znanja, podes\u030cene na odgovarajuc\u0301u kilaz\u030cu i odgovarajuc\u0301e visine. Pored toga, bitno je i:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>-Pancerice c\u030cija tvrdoc\u0301a odgovara tvom niovu znanja<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-S\u030ctapovi odgovarajuc\u0301e duz\u030cine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Kaciga je obavezna za svu decu i preporuc\u030cljiva za sve skijas\u030ce radi s\u030cto bezbednijeg skijanja&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Udobne i tople rukavice za za\u0161titu od hladnoc\u0301e&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Brile koje nas s\u030ctite od vetra, sunca i snega&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Za decu do 12 godina, obavezan je marker<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nakon opereme na red dolazi navikavanje na <strong>skije i zagrevanje.<\/strong> Prolazite kroz ve\u017ebe hodanja u skijama, okretanja u mestu i onog najbitnijeg za vas, a to je osnovni skija\u0161ki stav i postavljanje skija u plu\u017eni polo\u017eaj.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Plug<\/strong> je na\u0161 najbolji prijatelj u po\u010detku. To je ujedno i prvi skija\u0161ki lik koji po\u010detnici u\u010de. Pomo\u0107u pluga u\u010dimo da ko\u010dimo, skre\u0107emo levo i desno i polako kontorli\u0161emo brzinu i pravac kretanja na stazi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada savladamo plug polako prelazimo na osnovni <strong>paralelni zaokret.<\/strong> Ovo je prvi element tokom \u010dijeg<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">izvo\u0111enja se skije nalaze neprestano u paralelnom odnosu, a amplitude gibanja su nagla\u0161ene.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1776.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"300\" height=\"292\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1776-300x292.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1776-300x292.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1776.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokret opru\u017eanja se vr\u0161i u svrhu smanjenja pritiska na podlogu (rastere\u0107enja) i nastaje neposredno nakon prestanka kretanja na gore. Iako je opru\u017eanje nagla\u0161eno, ne opru\u017eamo se u potpunosti tj. zadr\u017eava se mala savijenost u zglobu kolena i kuka. Tokom zaokreta skije vodimo kroz zaokret kontrolisanim otklizavanjem dok u poslednjoj fazi zaokreta vr\u0161imo urezivanje.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nakon Osnovnog paralelnog zaokreta dolazimo do karvinga. <strong>Karvig<\/strong> je skijas\u030cka tehnika koja podrazumeva vo\u0111enje skija na rubovima od poc\u030cetka do kraja zaokreta, bez proklizavanja sa progresivnim skijas\u030ckim otklonom tela i nogu. Osec\u0301aj uspes\u030cno izvedenog zaokreta ne moz\u030ce se porediti ni sa c\u030cim.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za dobro vo\u0111enje skija potrebno je postaviti ih na rubove na poc\u030cetku zaokreta.
