Kako smo svi razli\u010diti i svako radi svoj specifi\u010dan plan ve\u017ebanja, va\u017eno je da zagrevanje prati trening, a ne op\u0161te smernice.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moglo bi se re\u0107i da upravo ovaj deo treninga izaziva \u010deste kontraverze u oblasti fitnesa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010cak i automobil kad se zagreje, bolje se kre\u0107e, pa sli\u010dno funkcioni\u0161e i telo. Cilj zagrevanja jeste da trening bude uspe\u0161an i produktivan, sa smanjenim rizikom od povreda. Besciljno mla\u0107enje rukama ne\u0107e doprineti mnogo, takore\u0107i ni\u0161ta, samo gubite vreme.
