U sportu, iako je prirodni talenat neophodan, on mo\u017ee samo donekle da nas dovede. Propu\u0161taju se no\u0107ni provodi jer morate biti spremni u 6 sati ujutru za trening. Ponekad dobri sportisti do\u017eive tinejd\u017eerstvo kasno tokom dvadesetih godina jer nikad nisu mogli da budu blesavi i nemarni kad je bilo vreme za to zbog neprekidnih treninga. Disciplina zna\u010di da ste pronalazili motivaciju za ustajanje kad je jo\u0161 mrak, po snegu, ledu, vetru. Ona vam je nastavljala ve\u017ebanje kad ste hteli da se zaustavite. Ona je jako te\u0161ka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrhunski sportisti su ovako \u017eiveli tokom celog \u017eivota. Neki dani su im bili bolji od drugih, dok su neki bili poput kazne. Me\u0111utim, u sportu disciplina nije kazna ve\u0107 alat kojim dolazimo do velikih nagrada poput zlatne medalje, titule prvaka sveta ili li\u010dnog rekorda. Ona nas u\u010di da cenimo te\u0161ki rad i trud. Ruzvelt je jednom rekao: \u201cNi\u0161ta na svetu ne vredi ako ne zna\u010di napor, bol i pote\u0161ko\u0107e. Te\u0161ko je ne zadr\u017eati se na tome da je ne\u0161to te\u0161ko jer nas negativno razmi\u0161ljanje sputava. Cilj treninga je usredsrediti se na tehniku, disanje, brzinu i pobolj\u0161anje. Bol je samo sporedni efekat napretka. I ova \u010dinjenica se odnosi na sve \u0161to radimo &#8211; bilo da smo na poslu, u \u0161koli ili privatnom \u017eivotu. To mo\u017ee biti bilo \u0161ta, od gledanja televizije, igrica, odre\u0111ene hrane, ali i do vi\u0111anja sa prijateljima ili nekog hobija. Imati disciplinu zna\u010di da mo\u017eete da se skoncentri\u0161ete na krajnji cilj.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studije ka\u017eu da veliki procenat studenata odla\u017ee u\u010denje i ta brojka ide \u010dak do 75%. Posledice ovoga predstavljaju nespavanje par dana pred ispit i ekstremnu koli\u010dinu stresa. U\u010de\u0107i disciplinu kroz sport, uklanjamo faktor niske samodiscipline i ostajemo motivisani.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naravno, ovo ne zna\u010di da treba odbaciti \u017eivot. Disciplina zna\u010di da znamo kada da sami sebe ograni\u010dimo i kada je idealni trenutak za opu\u0161tanje.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><b>U\u010di nas da podnosimo gubitke<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gubitak ili poraz je kod sportista neizbe\u017ean. Nekada jednostavno nije va\u0161 dan, a nekog drugog dana drugi mo\u017eda je mnogo bolji od vas.
