Dakle nije bolest ve\u0107 stanje.<\/p>\n<p>Razlog le\u017ei u <em>usnuloj<\/em> zimi \u2013 konzumiranju masne i te\u0161ke hrane, uz nedovoljno vitamina i minerala, premalo sun\u010deve svetlosti i fizi\u010dke aktivnosti tokom hladnih dana koji dovode do pada energije. Tokom zime telo se brani od niske temperature i nedostatka Sun\u010deve svetlosti tako \u0161to pode\u0161ava nivo metabolizma i hormona. Kada je temperatura niska, dolazi do pove\u0107anja arterijskog pritiska i poja\u010dano se lu\u010di hormon sna \u2013 <em>melatonin<\/em>. Kako vreme postaje toplije de\u0161ava se obrnut proces \u2013 pritisak pada, a poja\u010dano se lu\u010di hormon sre\u0107e \u2013 <em>serotonin<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi prole\u0107nog umora su malaksalost, vrtoglavica, glavobolja, lupanje srca, umor, pospanost, depresija. Tako\u0111e, hladni dani mnogima su izgovor za zapostavljanje fizi\u010dkih aktivnosti, pa je \u010dak i \u0161etnja svedena na minimum. Sve to implicira da\u00a0su usedelost i koji kilogram vi\u0161e tokom zimskih meseci \u010desta pojava.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u017ebanjem, ne samo da se ose\u0107amo bolje i vitalnije, ve\u0107 se pove\u0107ava dotok kiseonika u \u0107elije, a samim tim\u00a0i telo\u00a0postaje\u00a0odmornije i sna\u017enije.<\/p>\n<p>Usled nedostatka koncentracije ljudi prime\u0107uju da su manje efikasni na poslu kojim se bave.
