Rezultati su upore\u0111eni i utvrdilo se na prvom mestu kako i koliko su se ljudi energi\u010dno kretali kao i koliko im se \u010dinilo da imaju ose\u0107aj za svrhu. Zatim su rezultati procenjeni koliko su uticali jedni aspekti na druge tokom godina i prona\u0161la su se jasna ukr\u0161tanja. Ljudi koji su vodili aktivan \u017eivot uglavnom su pronalazili sve ve\u0107i smisao tokom godina, a oni kojima je na po\u010detku ose\u0107aj svrhe bio \u010dvr\u0161\u0107i, tokom godina su bili fizi\u010dki najaktivniji. Imati \u010dvrst ose\u0107aj svrhe u \u017eivotu rezultira kasnije sa na primer dodatnim \u0161etnjama sedmi\u010dno u zrelom dobu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ljudi \u010de\u0161\u0107e prijavljuju samoefikasnost nakon \u0161to zapo\u010dnu ve\u017ebanje.
