Ose\u0107aji kajanja, samooptu\u017eivanja i poni\u017eenja postaju norma, dok medicinski radnici stalno isti\u010du da bolesti povezane sa ishranom drasti\u010dno napreduju.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Nezdrava zavisnost od hrane<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Milioni ljudi \u0161irom sveta zavisni su od prera\u0111ene hrane koje je postala savremena po\u0161ast. U roku od 20 godina prekomerna te\u017eina i gojaznost svih Amerikanaca je porasla sa 45% na 70%. Danas preko 67% kalorija koje Amerikanci unesu tokom dana dolazi iz prera\u0111ene hrane koja deluje na mozak poput lekova koji izazivaju zavisnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Le\u010denje zavisnosti od hrane:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u0161ke zavisnosti su se u istoriji re\u0161avale le\u010denjem boravkom u specijalnim ustanovama.
