U prirodi je deteta da voli igru. Zato tu njegovu prirodu treba podsticati i pravilno usmeravati za dalje bavljenje sportom.<\/p>\n<p>Deca kroz fizi\u010dku aktivnost i igru pospe\u0161uju i razvijaju motoriku, pravilan hod, dr\u017eanje, koordinaciju pokreta&#8230; U uzrastu od 3 do 5 godna sport deci treba pribli\u017eiti kroz igru, jer je ona tada najizra\u017eenija.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Uzrast od 5 do 7 godina je najbolji period za rad sa decom \u0161to se ti\u010de sporta. Tada su ona najspremnija da razvijaju svoje kreativne sposobnosti, snagu, brzinu, izdr\u017eljivost, ravnote\u017eu, preciznost&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako odabrati pravi sport za Va\u0161e dete?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prepustite detetu da samo poka\u017ee sklonost ka odre\u0111enoj vrsti sporta I podsti\u010dite njegovu \u017eelju za igrom i rekreacijom. Usmerite njegove afinitete ka prirodi i vodite ra\u010duna o pravilnoj i zdravoj ishrani. \u0160to se ti\u010de sportova imajte u vidu karakter deteta pa ga shodno tome usmerite ka timskim, odnosno individualnim sportovima.<\/p>\n<p>Timski sportovi (odbojka, ko\u0161arka, fudbal..) razvijaju kooperaciju, po\u0161tovanje i disciplinu. Tako\u0111e poma\u017eu deci da se socijalizuju.<\/p>\n<p>Individualni sportovi (borila\u010dke ve\u0161tine, tenis, gimnastika) odli\u010dan su izbor za decu koja vole individualne varijante ali opet imaju ose\u0107aj da su u grupi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Razvoj gojaznosti kod dece<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U svetu razvijene tehnologije kod dana\u0161nje dece se izgubilo interesovanje za sportom, \u0161to negativno uti\u010de na njihov rast i razvoj. Deca sve manje vremena provode u prirodi i u igri, a sve vi\u0161e za kompjuterom ili ispred televizora. Na taj na\u010din manje koriste mi\u0161i\u0107e i postaju podlo\u017ena gojaznosti i fizi\u010dkoj nerazvijenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Gojaznost nastaje usled neravnote\u017ee izme\u0111u unosa kalorija iz hrane i potro\u0161nje energije. Pored pravine i zdrave ishrane, klju\u010dnu ulogu za fizi\u010dki razvoj deteta ima fizi\u010dka aktivnost.<\/p>\n<p>Budite primer svom detetu. Uvedite ga u svet sporta i rekreacije.
