Za\u0161to je mentalna snaga od neverovatne va\u017enosti za bavljenje sportom, ali i dana\u0161njim u\u017eurbanim \u017eivotom prepunim stresnih situacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentalna snaga ili \u010dvrstina je prednost koja nam omogu\u0107ava da se bolje nosimo prema zahtevima koje sport (ili svakodnevni \u017eivot) postavlja. Sad kad znamo \u0161ta je, hajde da vidimo na koji na\u010din mo\u017eemo da podstaknemo na\u0161 um da bude mentalno jak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Izazov<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izazov opisuje kako \u0107e pojedinac reagovati. Na koji na\u010din \u0107e pomeriti svoje granice, prihvatiti promenu ili preuzeti rizik. Mentalno jaki pojedinci \u0107e gledati blagonaklono na izazove koji im se pru\u017eaju, odnosno kao priliku da poka\u017eu otpornost, tj. da iskoriste priliku da u\u017eivaju u novim ljudima, mestima i novim naletima kreativnosti koje izazovi donose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kontrola<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrola je ose\u0107aj i razumevanje sopstvene vrednosti. Ova osoba ose\u0107a kontrolu nad svojim \u017eivotom i okolnostima kroz koje prolazi. Ono \u0161to je jo\u0161 va\u017enije, opisuje u kojoj je meri pojedinac sposoban da kontroli\u0161e ispoljavanje svojih emocija. Pojedinca ili sportistu koji pokazuju visok nivo vladanja sopstvenim emocijama ne mo\u017eete tako lako izbaciti iz koloseka, jer oni jednostavno rade kroz te emocionalno nabijene situacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Posve\u0107enost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posve\u0107enost je vrlo jedonstavna. Predstavlja jasne ciljeve i fokus na njima i davanje merljivih obe\u0107anja kako do\u0107i do istih. Kontrola i posve\u0107enost zajedno daju otportnost. A otporni pojedinci (i sportisti) su vrlo dobar odgovor na nevolje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Samopouzdanje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samopouzdanje predstavlja lepak za sve iznad.
