Za\u0161to je rekreacija neophodna deci \u0161kolskog uzrasta?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bli\u017ei nam se 1. septembar, a za roditelje dece \u0161kolskog uzrasta taj period mo\u017ee biti veoma stresan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/icon-1719744_1280-e1723034788946.png\" alt=\"Icon 1719744 1280\" class=\"wp-image-16824\" width=\"300\" height=\"193\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz nove i stare obaveze oko \u0161kolskih \u010dasova, knjiga, opreme i ostalog, tu je ono va\u017eno pitanje koje se odnosi na rekreaciju, odnosno fizi\u010dku aktivnost dece koja je od izuzetne va\u017enosti za pravilan rast i razvoj.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svedoci smo da je dana\u0161nje vreme vi\u0161e fokusirano na takmi\u010denje i specijalizaciju i \u010desto stavlja zna\u010daj rekreativnog sporta u drugi plan. Me\u0111utim, koristi koje dobijamo od rekreacije konkretno \u0161to se na\u0161e dece ti\u010de, idu mnogo dalje od pukog uzbu\u0111enja i igre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rekreativni sportovi omogu\u0107avaju bolju kondiciju i op\u0161te blagostanje, bez intenzivnog pritiska povezanog sa takmi\u010darskim sportovima. Za razliku od njih, rekreativne sportske aktivnosti su usredsre\u0111ene na blagotvornost i dobar ose\u0107aj koji mo\u017ee trajati ceo \u017eivot. Tako\u0111e, ovaj pristup podsti\u010de inkluzivnije u\u010de\u0161\u0107e koje se prilago\u0111ava razli\u010ditim nivoima i karakteristikama.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok takmi\u010darski sportovi podsti\u010du izvrsnost u odre\u0111enoj sposobnosti ili skupu sposobnosti koje su karakteristi\u010dne za datu disciplinu, rekreativno bavljenje sportom daje prioritet holisti\u010dkom razvoju. Uklju\u010divanje u razli\u010dite aktivnosti poma\u017ee deci u istra\u017eivanju interesovanja, razvitku razli\u010ditih ve\u0161tina i otkrivanju sopstvene strasti \u0161to dalje donosi razvitak i zaokru\u017euje samu li\u010dnost deteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 jedna zna\u010dajna razlika izme\u0111u kompetitivnih i rekreativnih sportova jeste pritisak. Dok ovi prvi uklju\u010duju rigorozne rasporede treninga, intenzivno takmi\u010denje i konstantno guranje deteta da postigne jo\u0161 vi\u0161e, jo\u0161 br\u017ee, jo\u0161 bolje\u2026 rekreacija omogu\u0107avaja u\u017eivanje u igri bez pritiska stalnog ocenjivanja, a na taj na\u010din se podsti\u010de odnos deteta prema fizi\u010dkoj aktivnosti. Ako rano u \u017eivotu osoba zavoli ovaj vid sporta, ve\u0107a je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107e ga praktikovati tokom celog odrastanja, zrelog doba, pa i starosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rekreativni sportovi dalje promovi\u0161u uravnote\u017een na\u010din \u017eivota. Upravo je ta ravnote\u017ea od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja za blagostanje mladih, jer iziskuje iscrpljenost. Akcenat na zabavi i drugarstvu podsti\u010de pozitivne dru\u0161tvene interakcije, timski duh i razvoj trajnih prijateljstava.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaki roditelj \u017eeli da pomogne svojoj deci da stasaju u zaokru\u017eene i otporne osobe, a to su upravo karakteristike koje poma\u017ee bavljenje rekreativnim sportom.
