Ispravite se i podignite grudi.<\/li>\n<li>Dok duboko udi\u0161ete ispravite ruke iznad glave. Napravite luk ka nazad, lagano zabacuju\u0107i glavu.<\/li>\n<li>Lagano izdisaju\u0107i spustite ruke do poda. \u0160ake neka vam budu uz stopala, a glava uz kolena.<\/li>\n<li>Duboko udisaju\u0107i spustite se, pru\u017eaju\u0107i desnu nogu unazad. Dlanovi neka vam budu na podu u \u0161irini ramena, a pogled podignite \u0161to vi\u0161e mo\u017eete.<\/li>\n<li>Polako izdi\u0161u\u010di podignite se u luk, dok su vam noge i prsti jo\u0161 uvek na tlu.<\/li>\n<li>Dok su vam ruke jo\u0161 uvek u \u0161irini ramena, savijte ih u laktovima i lagano spustite celo telo na pod, tj neka vam stopala, kolene, prsa, \u0161ake i \u010delo dodiruju tlo. Nemojte se zadr\u017eavati u ovoj pozi.<\/li>\n<li>Polako podignite glavu, a potom i celi torzo u polo\u017eaj &#8220;kobre&#8221;. Duboko udi\u0161ite vazduh dok radite ovu ve\u017ebu.
