Sa sarmama koje nas mame, pe\u010denjem koje miri\u0161e kilometrima i sitnim kola\u010dima koji su, naravno, sitni i \u201cne\u0107e nas sigurno upropastiti\u201d (bar dok ih nismo pojeli petnaestak), izazovi za one koji prate fitnes ciljeve su realni. Ali, sre\u0107om, imamo plan kako da u\u017eivate u slavama i ipak stanete u pantalone bez borbe. Evo nekoliko saveta \u2013 uz \u0161alu i poneki ozbiljan trik \u2013 za sve one koji \u017eele da slave, a da pri tome ne pritisnu taster \u201creset\u201d na fitnes ciljevima!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
