Iako mo\u017ee izgledati kao samo jo\u0161 jedan zimski \u201esadness\u201c, SAD mo\u017ee ozbiljno uticati na kvalitet \u017eivota. Sre\u0107om, postoji prirodan i efikasan na\u010din da se borimo protiv njega \u2013 <strong>fizi\u010dka aktivnost!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je SAD i za\u0161to nas poga\u0111a?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SAD je (uz jo\u0161 minimum jedan pojam koji ozna\u010dava ne\u0161to potpuno drugo) oblik depresije povezan sa sezonskim promenama, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e u hladnijem periodu. Glavni \u201ekrivac\u201c je nedostatak prirodnog svetla koji remeti proizvodnju hormona serotonina (poznatog kao hormon sre\u0107e) i melatonina (odgovornog za kvalitetan san). Rezultat?
