Iako se \u010desto sre\u0107emo sa mi\u0161ljenjem da su odre\u0111ene aktivnosti \u201etipi\u010dno mu\u0161ke\u201c ili \u201etipi\u010dno \u017eenske\u201c, u stvarnosti su sve fizi\u010dke discipline otvorene za svakog \u2013 bez obzira na pol. Granice koje smo postavili su samo predrasude, a danas je pravo vreme da ih sru\u0161imo i otkrijemo \u0161ta sve sport i rekreacija mogu da pru\u017ee svakom od nas!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Mu\u0161ke discipline&#8221;: I da, \u017eene, ove aktivnosti su i za vas!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada ka\u017eemo \u201etipi\u010dno mu\u0161ke\u201c discipline, \u010desto pomislimo na <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=teretana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dizanje tegova<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=borilacke-vestine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">borila\u010dke ve\u0161tine<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=fudbal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fudbal<\/a> ili crossfit. I dok su ove aktivnosti \u010desto povezivane sa frajere, \u017eene \u0161irom sveta dokazuju da imaju snage i izdr\u017eljivosti da se upuste u ove sportove i pomere granice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za\u0161to bi \u017eene trebalo da probaju \u201etipi\u010dno mu\u0161ke\u201c discipline?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Snaga, snaga, i opet snaga!<\/strong> Zamislite Jelenu \u2013 godinama je ve\u017ebala <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=aerobik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aerobik<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=joga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">jogu<\/a>, uvek je bila u odli\u010dnoj formi, ali je \u017eelela da poka\u017ee sebi da mo\u017ee jo\u0161 vi\u0161e. Krenula je sa crossfitom i ve\u0107 posle nekoliko meseci ose\u0107a se ja\u010de, br\u017ee i sigurnije. Nije samo njen fizi\u010dki izgled postao bolji, ve\u0107 je i njeno samopouzdanje poraslo jer je pre\u0161la granicu za koju je mislila da je nedosti\u017ena. Sada tr\u010di br\u017ee, podi\u017ee te\u017ee tegove i zna da je sna\u017enija nego ikada. I to je tek po\u010detak!<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mentalna otpornost i vi\u0161e samopouzdanja<\/strong>! Fizi\u010dka snaga nije jedino \u0161to dolazi sa novim izazovima \u2013 treninzi koji pomeraju va\u0161e granice ja\u010daju i um. Ko ka\u017ee da dizanje tegova ili borila\u010dke ve\u0161tine nisu za \u017eene? Ba\u0161 suprotno, ose\u0107aj mo\u0107i koji dolazi iz ovih disciplina mo\u017ee vam pomo\u0107i da budete sigurnije i u poslu, i u \u017eivotu.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stres? \u0160ta je to?<\/strong> Nema boljeg na\u010dina da izbacite sve brige nego da u\u0111ete u ring (ili teretanu) i \u201eizgurate\u201c sve negativne misli. Ko ka\u017ee da je samo frajerima potrebno da \u201eotpuste paru\u201c?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>\u017denske discipline&#8221;: fleksibilnost, ravnote\u017ea i\u2026 ko ka\u017ee da je to samo za \u017eene?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=joga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Joga<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=pilates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pilates<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=ples\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ples<\/a> \u2013 sve discipline koje su \u010desto \u201erezervisane\u201c za \u017eene, a zapravo su sjajne za svakog ko \u017eeli da postigne bolji balans, fleksibilnost i pobolj\u0161a svoje zdravlje. Nemojte da budete kao Marko \u2013 u <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=teretana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teretani<\/a> podi\u017ee ogromne te\u017eine, ali nije mogao da se savije da podigne \u010darapu. Po\u010deo je sa <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=joga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">jogom<\/a> i iz meseca u mesec se ose\u0107ao fleksibilnije i sna\u017enije. Ne samo da sada lak\u0161e podi\u017ee \u010darape, ve\u0107 su mu i treninzi efikasniji jer joga poma\u017ee u oporavku i spre\u010dava povrede.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pre\u017eivljavanje u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu<\/strong>. Aleksandar, koji je godinama trenirao dizanje tegova i klasi\u010dne ve\u017ebe snage, odlu\u010dio je da proba ne\u0161to \u201etipi\u010dno \u017eensko\u201c \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=pilates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pilates<\/a>. Ove aktivnosti donose neverovatne koristi za svakog \u2013 bez obzira na to da li ste \u017eena, mu\u0161karac ili neko ko voli da se zafrkava sa svim granicama. Stereotipi? Onda \u0107ete ih probiti u trenu, a kad to uradite, bi\u0107ete spremni za sve \u2013 i fizi\u010dki i mentalno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>mart je savr\u0161en podsetnik na to koliko je va\u017eno razbijati predrasude i dati svim polovima iste \u0161anse da se izraze, napreduju i pobolj\u0161aju svoje zdravlje.
