Direktor firme je bio odu\u0161evljen i odmah rekao: &#8220;Sad pri\u010damo o poslu, a slede\u0107i put organizujemo jam session.&#8221; Mo\u017eda nije bilo klju\u010dno za zatvaranje deal-a, ali sam siguran da je ovaj potez promenio atmosferu i razgovor odveo u totalno drugom pravcu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koji su klju\u010dni trikovi da neko bude dobar u sales-u, a koje si nau\u010dio ba\u0161 u Fitpassu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<ul>\n<li>Ne \u010dita\u0161 skripte, nego slu\u0161a\u0161 ljude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Kad te odbiju, to nije &#8220;ne&#8221;, to je &#8220;nisam siguran&#8221; \u2013 zna\u010di, ima nade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Zadovoljstvo klijenta je dugoro\u010dno va\u017enije od kratkoro\u010dne cifre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u0107 godinama si &#8220;Best Team Player&#8221; \u2013 u \u010demu je fora?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Realno, samo radim ono \u0161to je neophodno \u2013 poma\u017eem kad treba, ne be\u017eim od posla i trudim se da atmosfera bude dobra. Plus, svako voli da u timu ima nekog ko zna kada treba ozbiljan razgovor, a kada je vreme za zezanje.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako izgleda jedno prose\u010dno dru\u017eenje tima van posla?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kre\u0107e kao opu\u0161tena pri\u010da &#8220;&#8216;Ajmo na jedno pi\u0107e&#8221;, a kako \u0107e se zavr\u0161iti to niko ne mo\u017ee znati. Mo\u017ee se krenuti po kafanama i ostati do ujutru, a isto tako, dogodi se da pri\u010damo o poslu, planovima i nekim novim idejama. Na sve to, ja sam \u0160ap\u010danin, imenjak iz Sremske Mitrovice, naglasak je sli\u010dan i ljudi su se brzo zaka\u010dili za nadimak i sad je postao za\u0161titni znak.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Na kojoj lokaciji bi voleo da Fitpass organizuje slede\u0107i team building i za\u0161to?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Neko egzoti\u010dno ostrvo \u2013 jer ako ve\u0107 pri\u010damo o work-life balansu, hajde da ga dignemo na nivo &#8220;radimo sa laptopom na pla\u017ei, a u pauzi idemo na ronjenje&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz svega \u0161to smo \u010duli, jedno je sigurno \u2013 raditi u <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fitpass<\/a> Sales timu<\/strong> zna\u010di biti deo tima u kojem vlada energija, podr\u0161ka i istinsko u\u017eivanje u poslu. Kada su ljudi poput <strong>Milo\u0161a<\/strong> u timu, jasno je za\u0161to Sales ekipa ima toliko uspeha i za\u0161to ga i ostali sektori \u010desto hvale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilo da ste kolega ili klijent, svako ko sara\u0111uje sa <strong>Milo\u0161em<\/strong> zna da je on osoba na koju mo\u017eete da ra\u010dunate \u2013 bilo da je re\u010d o zatvaranju sjajnih dealova, atmosferi u timu ili improvizovanom muzi\u010dkom performansu.
