Bogata proteinima, vitaminima i zdravim mastima \u2013 savr\u0161en su doru\u010dak posle treninga, dodatak salati ili u\u017eina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali i ovde va\u017ei ono famozno: <strong>umerenost je klju\u010d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preporu\u010dena koli\u010dina? 1\u20132 jaja dnevno su sasvim dovoljna za ve\u0107inu ljudi.
