A to nije samo stvar \u017ee\u0111i \u2013 ve\u0107 celokupnog zdravlja, energije, pa \u010dak i u\u010dinka tokom treninga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U nastavku ti donosimo sve \u0161to treba da zna\u0161 o unosu vode tokom letnjih meseci \u2013 od koli\u010dine i u\u010destalosti, do znakova dehidracije i prakti\u010dnih saveta za svakodnevni \u017eivot.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to je hidratacija toliko va\u017ena?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudsko telo je u proseku sa\u010dinjeno od <strong>60% vode<\/strong>, a kod sportista ta cifra ide i do <strong>70%<\/strong>.
