A onda taj ponedeljak padne <em>usred jula<\/em>, kad je napolju 36 stepeni, klima radi do iznemoglosti, a fri\u017eider ti izgleda kao festival lubenica i sladoleda?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E pa \u2013 <strong>ovaj ponedeljak je izuzetak<\/strong>. Ova julska nedelja kod nas u Srbiji donela je malo sve\u017eine \u2013 taman toliko da ne koristi\u0161 toplotu kao izgovor. Idealno vreme da se <strong>pokrene\u0161 ili se vrati\u0161 u rutinu<\/strong>. Bez pritiska, ali s dobrim razlogom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ako ti treba dodatni podsticaj \u2013 imamo i brojke koje rade za tebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Ponedeljak \u2013 dan kada se stvarno kre\u0107e<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema istra\u017eivanju objavljenom u \u010dasopisu <em>American Journal of Preventive Medicine<\/em>, <strong>ljudi imaju 25% ve\u0107u verovatno\u0107u da krenu s ve\u017ebanjem ponedeljkom nego bilo kog drugog dana u nedelji<\/strong>. Ponedeljak ima tu psiholo\u0161ku mo\u0107 &#8220;novog po\u010detka&#8221; \u2013 kao mali 1. januar svake nedelje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali, ne traje zauvek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studije pokazuju da <strong>motivacija po\u010dinje da opada ve\u0107 u sredu<\/strong>, a najvi\u0161e se odustaje \u010detvrtkom. (Zvu\u010di poznato?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato je va\u017eno da se seti\u0161 <em>za\u0161to si krenuo<\/em>, a ne samo <em>kad si krenuo<\/em>. Tu uska\u010de <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fitpass<\/a> \u2013 da ti da izbora, fleksibilnosti i malo dodatnog gasa kad zatreba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Leto: sezona top forme&#8230; i top izgovora<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Leti je motivacija promenljiva kategorija.
