Vra\u0107amo se rutini, ali za\u0161to bi to bilo stresno? Umesto \u201esve ili ni\u0161ta\u201c, predla\u017eemo ti <strong>plan koji postepeno vra\u0107a telo i um u pokret<\/strong>, bez forsiranja i sa u\u017eivanjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako koristi\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fitpass<\/a>, zna\u0161 da je ponuda ogrooomna. A upravo to mo\u017ee da bude i prepreka \u2013 <em>odakle krenuti?<\/em> Zato smo ti napravili <strong>mese\u010dni vodi\u010d za povratak u formu<\/strong>, podeljen po nedeljama. Svaka nedelja ima svoj fokus, a ti samo treba da izabere\u0161 aktivnost koja ti najvi\u0161e prija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddd8\u200d\u2640\ufe0f 1. nedelja: Lagani povratak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cilj:<\/strong> Priprema tela i uma za pokret<br>Predlo\u017eene aktivnosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=joga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Joga<\/a> (za istezanje i svesnost tela)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=bazen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bazen<\/a> (lagano plivanje i relaksacija)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du\u017ee \u0161etnje u prirodi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve\u017ebe za istezanje i mobilnost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Ovo je nedelja za postavljanje temelja. Bez pritiska. Va\u017eno je da <em>po\u010dne\u0161<\/em>, makar sa 20 minuta dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc83 2. nedelja: Grupa pokre\u0107e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cilj:<\/strong> Pove\u0107avanje energije i motivacije kroz zajedni\u010dko ve\u017ebanje<br>Predlo\u017eene aktivnosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=zumba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zumba<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=ples\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ples<\/a> ili dance <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=aerobik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aerobik<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=pilates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pilates<\/a> (kontrola pokreta + snaga)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Body pump ili sli\u010dni grupni <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=teretana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">treninzi snage<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Dobra atmosfera i grupna dinamika te mogu podsta\u0107i da da\u0161 vi\u0161e nego \u0161to misli\u0161 da mo\u017ee\u0161 \u2013 uz osmeh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd1d 3. nedelja: Timski duh u pokretu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cilj:<\/strong> Dru\u017eenje + fizi\u010dka aktivnost = win-win<br>Predlo\u017eene aktivnosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=fudbal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fudbal sa ekipom<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=kosarka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Basket<\/a> (2 na 2, 3 na 3 \u2013 rekreativno)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=badminton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Badminton<\/a> \u2013 odli\u010dan za reflekse i zabavu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Uklju\u010di kolege, prijatelje ili \u010dak porodicu.
