Ove namirnice nisu samo ukusne \u2013 ve\u0107 su i <strong>nutritivno bogate<\/strong>, idealne za balansiranu ishranu i podr\u0161ku tvojoj fizi\u010dkoj aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Salata od cvekle i sira<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bogata gvo\u017e\u0111em i vlaknima<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrebno:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Kuvana cvekla (2\u20133 srednje)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mladi sir (ili feta)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maslinovo ulje, sir\u0107e, so, biber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orah ili suncokretovo seme za posipanje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><br>Iseckaj cveklu i sir, za\u010dini, pa dodaj orahe ili semenke. Sve\u017ee, hrskavo i jako zasitno!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nutritivne vrednosti:<\/strong><br>Cvekla sadr\u017ei nitrate koji mogu doprineti <strong>boljoj izdr\u017eljivosti kod sportista<\/strong> (izvor: <em>Nutrients, 2017<\/em>). Tako\u0111e je odli\u010dan izvor <strong>folne kiseline, gvo\u017e\u0111a i vlakana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kesten pire bez \u0161e\u0107era<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slatki\u0161 koji ne \u0161teti formi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrebno:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Kuvani kesten (200g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka\u0161ika meda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka\u0161i\u010dica vanile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka\u0161ika jogurta (opciono)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><br>Ispasiraj kesten, dodaj med i vanilu, pa malo jogurta za kremastiju teksturu. Mo\u017ee\u0161 ga jesti samostalno ili kao preliv preko ka\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nutritivne vrednosti:<\/strong><br>Kesten je <strong>bogat slo\u017eenim ugljenim hidratima<\/strong>, a sadr\u017ei i <strong>kalijum<\/strong> koji poma\u017ee mi\u0161i\u0107ima da se oporave posle ve\u017ebanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Kiseli kupus + kuvani pasulj<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tradicionalno \u2013 ali pametno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrebno:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Kiseli kupus (300g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kuvani beli pasulj (100g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lovor, biber, beli luk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malo ulja (opciono)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><br>Kupus izdinstaj s vrlo malo ulja, dodaj beli luk, kuvani pasulj i za\u010dine. Bez mesa, ali sa <em>umami<\/em> efektom!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nutritivne vrednosti:<\/strong><br>Kiseli kupus je prirodan probiotik \u2013 <strong>poma\u017ee varenje i imunitet<\/strong>.
